I'm going through a divorce in California right now and just hired a paperwork processor to handle the documents, rather than an attorney. It was a quick process, the MSA was drafted and sent to both of us to sign and be notarized. If your wife is honest and fair, you could take this route and get the MSA within a week. Not if she gets married. If you're referring to spousal support, that stops if she gets re-married. Obviously don't tell her that if she doesn't know but there's definitely a way out. Maybe you can hook her up with your worst enemy and hope they get married. Haha!
