Women in my workplace often talk about the delivery men that show up. They would talk about which ones were cute, handsome, or hot and what they liked about them. I agree, women definitely gossip about who the attractive guys are around the office/workplace.

Your mileage may vary. If you know how to talk to women and have a good track record of landing dates or GFs, then you can probably meet some through there. I don’t recommend it because most of the women you meet in salsa or any dance class aren’t looking to get laid or get a date. It’ll be very obvious if you only go to pick up women and people are going to talk to each other, especially the women aka follows. Treat it like any other hobby and let things happen naturally.

Damn I can relate to this a lot. My dad, he got dates and wasn't a "nice guy" growing up, but he wasn't the best role model for a boy who needed to learn how to date. Very passive and soft natured and had no advice for me except that my future wife also should be someone who really cares about me. Didn't have male role models through school either so whatever I learned about dating ended up getting from personal experience and reading stuff online. Wish I had snapped myself out of the nice guy m…

Don't lie but don't bring it up unless she directly asks you first. Just rip off the band aid when the time is right. Your situation is different than mine but I lied to my first GF about never having a GF, being a virgin, bla bla. Lying wasn't the hard part, it was having to tell her the truth later that she was the first girl I had ever been with. She wasn't happy I lied to her and said she would have been more understanding of my mess ups if I had told her at the beginning.

Didn't look at your original post OP but I don't see how that was creepy. Helping someone out, striking up a conversation, and then giving them your number for them to text you sounds pretty normal way to meet someone.

Something I've heard about ladies men is they are overly optimistic. They only talk about the times it worked out for them and it comes across as they get laid all the time, even if they mention it works "some of the time". Good looking or not, they can fail just as much as any other guy. They just don't give up as easily when they're rejected.

You don't have to assume they're into you. What you can do is talk to them and get a feel for if they're into you or not.

We were texting about once a week but I've been waiting a week to see if she'll message me at all. Her energy is okay, it's friendly but not fun or flirty. Whenever I've mentioned trying to drive to her place or making a joke she doesn't follow up on it. We've mostly been talking about COVID-19 related stuff because she seems concerned about it. Honestly there wasn't much hope with her to begin with because she was planning on changing schools in a few months.

Just wondering do you ever find yourself texting him first? Or do you only reply when he texts you? Im talking to a girl I met before quarantine who only does the latter and I'm pretty close to giving up on talking to her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
