If you’re good people, you have a shot but be chill and yourself and you might get somewhere but there are no guarantees. Our job as a server is to make sure the guest is comfortable and happy. | 1 | [deleted by user]I could understand as a bartender not remembering who left their numbers but I’m a server and when I work nights my section is mostly 5 or 6 tables and I typically can look at a receipt and know who was at the table based on the table number and time stamp of the check unless the guests were extremely unremarkable. If someone left me their number on a receipt, more than likely I’m remembering who they were and can decide if I want to reach out or not. What happens from there depends on the server. If on the off chance the managers enter tips, well, we’re a gossipy bunch. The manager will more than likely pass it along.
