Normally I'd say just ignore facebook as I find its messaging service useful for specific situations. In your case I'll have to agree with the majority and say delete it. I'll throw in another plug for meetup.com When I moved to a new area for work I found a social group for people in their 20s-30s that just went to bars or restaurants occasionally. Made some friends and have since reduced my involvement in the group. There's only so much hamster one can take.

Exactly. Western feminism is almost entirely self contradictory. You can make two arguments: 1) There should be zero gender bias because men and women are equals. 2) One sex is inferior to the other in some way and therefore deserve compensation. The feminist argument is often "women are better than men and should therefore deserve compensation"

Except those spaces are not private at all. They are public forums and videos posted in public virtual space. Censorship in public space is generally seen as wrong in a world where free speech/expression is valued. When the collective will of one group has the power to silence opposition, they are the oppressors.

Spot on. One of the arguments against feminism as it is today is that exact reason. The feminism and 2X subs banning any dissonant posts. YouTube feminists disabling comments on their videos. By preventing negative feedback it just becomes an echo chamber, and allows the Orwellian "groupthink" or mob psychology. What's your profession? It's obvious you have a skewed view of what a person's job says about them and what kind of person would have said job. This actually happened at my high school. A few guys put together a website to rate girls in the area. They all ended up with something like a full semester suspension, I think police got involved at some point and there was this emphasis on the fact it was technically cyberbullying. That's what this app is. Nothing more than cyber bullying.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that maybe men are able to take a joke? Countless commercials show men/husbands as airheads/child-like/etc. but I've found that it's just as entertaining for the guys. If it were the other way it would be a fucking tragedy.
