It would be self destructive as he's providing her with an audience and prolonging the relationship (In the sense that they're two human beings interacting, not that they're a couple). The best thing to do is to put the relationship behind in every way except the lessons learned. 2	Self Loathing Sounds like you should start meditating. It's great for calming the mind and increasing self esteem and confidence. Edit: That's not to say you shouldn't also find someone (Professional, other TRPers, friends) who can actually relate to your exact situation.
