Agreed. Even his comparison of Britney with Trump was silly. It just pisses me off that she's being infantilised by the authorities.

He's not wrong, though. Never been a fan of Britney but they way she's been treated is disgraceful.

...when you are so steeped in your own mindset that you can't even write a parody piece without leaking leftist buzzwords into every other sentence. "hate crime", "exclusionary", "the other"...

Yes. And they don't go around saying "we know not all black people are criminals, we don't hate black people, we are just a little wary of black people until we get to know them because of the high percentage who commit crimes." Oh, and also: they don't put on blackface. They have no interest in looking like the people they despise.

You're right that terrible things can happen, but as with every risk, you have to be able to balance this with enough caution that keeps you safe, but not enough that drives you crazy. I know that car travel is more dangerous than air travel, but I'm not so scared of it that I never set foot in a car. I once dated a girl who was that scared of driving in cars or being around them, and it really made her life even more miserable. Similarly, I know that women can destroy my life, but I have to bal…

Well, I hate to tell you this about your gramma, but her dislike of black people probably doesn't arise simply due to her studies of crime statistics. Real racism is the result of a far uglier and unbased hatred. Real racists view all black people as animals. They aren't "not all black people but a significant percentage of black people, therefore wary of black people etc etc etc"

The example you gave wasn't of men "keeping their distance", it was of men who "reject any form of private conversation". At no point did I say that men shouldn't be wary. And being wary was all the original tweeter claimed to be about men. Certainly, be wary. But there are plenty of ways of being wary that don't necessarily include refusing to have any form of private conversation with women. If you feel the need to go that far, then go for it, it's a free country.

I may be being inconsistent, but I'm not the only one. You point out what a big problem false rape claims are, and how it is justifiable to be wary of women. But when women are wary of men, it isn't justifiable? For the third time, she isn't treating all men like criminals. You know what people do to criminals? They lock them up. She is simply being wary, and that is something that every woman is. I don't know why you are so determined to read deep misandry into such an inoccuous tweet. There ar…

They're being overzealous in my opinion, but I can see why they're doing it. I don't know any such people myself, but Tim Pool does occasional videos about them and they are all too often leading CEOs, who I imagine know what they are doing. And when their colleagues' careers are getting ruined by false rape claims, they are able to avoid any of that.

This is a whole layer cake of bullshit. Firstly, if you know anyone with serious allergies you know that they are really careful to look through ingredients, and only ever buy from really well known brands, even if it is really unlikely that a particular dish will kill them. What's the chance that side-of-the-road hot dog contains milk? Not much, but if you don't want to die you stay away. Secondly, the girl said nothing wrong. She didn't claim to hate all men, or even to hate some men. She said…

Thanks for the PSA, u/deityknowsphilosphy . What other gems do you have for us anti-SJW degenerates? That murder is wrong? That you should always ask before using other people's property? We wait your further guidance.

I just love her utter foot-stomping frustration when she realises that she is far less well co-ordinated than she thought and can barely land a swipe on him without almost falling over.

Clumsily and perfuntorily worded. While I agree with the sentiment, the execution seems slapdash to say the least. Looks like it was scrawled on the back of a beermat and transcribed direct to the internet.

People sometimes use X as a mere excuse. Therefore if ever hear someone mention X, it is clear that they are merely offering excuses. Is there a technical name for this fallacy? It crops up in the treatment of the Rotherham sexual abuse scandal. The far right use the Rotherham scandal as a mere excuse to recruit new members. Therefore if you ever hear someone mention the Rotherham scandal, they must be far right.

I know it's nice to believe that, but as long as a woman isn't dumb enough to look for an actual millionaire bodybuilder with a harvard degree, you would be amazed just how easy it is for women out on the dating scene. It's unfair but that's the way it is.

This is such bullshit. I know several women who are in their fourties, overweight, single parents, and as soon as they put up a profile on any dating site they are swamped with hundreds of messages. Most are from losers, of course, but enough aren't.

The real question is this: is the double standard merely cultural, or does it go deeper? Can education convince people that men suffer as much as women, or are there some ingrained biologically programmed attitudes that make this impossible for people to see? If the former, we should campaign and educate. If the latter, society has to stop promoting the idea that the genders are equal in all respects, as it will result in disaster down the line.
/r/FeminismStopsWhen26/01/21 01:49 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
