The first time a girl beats you is the time you should break up with her, even if it means that you end up on the streets.

Not everything that is taught in college is correct. I doubt there is anywhere that you can legally withdraw consent after the fact in the US.
/r/MensRights22/03/19 03:40 PM

These terms would apply to women too. They do not mention the sex of the people. You can't withdraw consent after the fact, obviously enough.

I think we need new words for under-age (consentual) sex, vs. real rape (sex by force), and a word for sex with children (who are way to young to consent).

Man, that is tough. 7 miles is not that bad on a bicycle. You gotta get a license and a car. If you can get a female friend to rent a place for you to use, it would work.....but hard to trust this much. You do not need a license for a bicycle, so you could beg the bicycle store to teach you and buy a good commute bicycle. It would work. That is all I got. Sorry!
/r/MensRights14/03/19 04:14 PM

Usually, it is easier to get a moped license. And mopeds are cheaper than cars. I do not know about the situation in Spain, but ask around, or check about using the train/bus to commute. If you widen your search, you should be able to find a nice place....

Guys tend to trash apartments more than girls. That is why girls are preferred. Still, I can't believe there is not one apartment anywhere for you. Maybe widen your search? Get a moped to commute to school if need be.

Your situation sounds fucked up. Maybe try to get therapy? Maybe cut your mother out of your life, if she is a negative? You sound like you are pretty alone. So, maybe, you should decide to rely only on yourself. You need to get a job and make and save as much money as you can. See r/Frugal for some ideas on saving money. Ranting is good cause you can blow off some steam. But, action is better. You need a plan. and a backup plan.

I'll you what to do: sue. Do not threaten to sue. Just actually sue. Sue the corporation/agency, and sue the woman personally. Find the best lawyer you can. Pay him as much as you can afford. Let him take the majority of your winnings, but keep 40% for yourself. But, sue, if the lawyer thinks you have any chance of winning. If the lawyer says there is no way, drop it and move on. This is all you can do. (But, make sure you actually do it.)

Companies will use any excuse to not give a raise. Go above your boss and ask again for a raise. Don't talk to HR. It is a bomb. If they will not give a raise, apply for positions in other companies, and if you can find a job that pays better, take it. Give them their 2 weeks, and leave on good terms.

Thanks for your detailed reply. I thought that you did not have access to their tapes. Now, it sounds more like a strategic decision by your lawyer. I wasn’t allowed to play their interviews with police (even though they could play mine). I do not understand how this could be the case. Any light on this problem? Were you drunk at the time? Was your relationship with your ex a factor in the accusations? Thanks!

I would not worry about it too much. It rarely happens. But, I would tell you not to get totally wasted at parties (1 or 2 drinks is ok, 5 to 10 is not.) and not hang with a totally wasted girl. You can have sex with girls but get consent first. Try to get it in writing or video. I really think you are blowing things out of proportion.

Get a lawyer who is familiar with these types of cases. Ask your local bar association who is the best in your area for this type of problem, and then ask his help and do what he says. I would also get another lawyer and SUE the company if your other lawyer thinks it is worth it. It may not be, but if he thinks he can make money, do it. Don't threaten to sue. Actually sue, if the lawyer thinks you have a good case. Often it is not worth it though.

The whole white woman - black man relationship is so damned poisoned that I can't see any quick way to fix it. The white chicks are all after the BBC, and the black guys seem to want a white ATM/hoa.

The white women think that they are above the black guy so they can use him as a dildo, and he is not a threat. They control him. He is just a tool to fulfill their sexual fantasies.

You probably got a better education and are smarter than I am. You have either a rapist or a false accuser. It is a horrible situation. You have to keep them apart somehow.
/r/MensRights21/01/19 01:37 PM

I think that you would have to deal with these cases on an individual basis. Obviously, you do not know who is guilty of what. Maybe for some girls, it would be better to stay home. In other cases, the boy could be moved to another room or class. You just have to do what you think is best after consulting with all parties. Any solution will be suboptimal. But, the situation is suboptimal. So, so be it. Again, the comparison of education with the crime of rape does not hold water in my opinion. Y…

I am sorry to have to say this, but you need to rethink here. Learning and social activities and all the rest of it can go to hell. Rape is a serious serious crime. It is something that is at a totally different level than the things you mentioned. This is the reason that the police and courts have to deal with it. Schools are not equipped to deal with it. I do not know that there is a one-size-fits-all way to deal with the ongoing situation. You can try to separate them, I suppose. But if that …

I am not sure, but I think that it is illegal to publish the name of a person accused of a sex crime like rape etc. in the UK and other EU nations. This is something that we should have here too. I think that you can publish it if the guy is found guilty, but up until that point, the damage that is done by publishing the name cannot be undone. Even the accusation of rape can fuck up a guy's life. If I were ever accused of rape, I would probably change my name and move to another state.

I know that that is what they want to be. But, the fact is that they are not up to the challenge of the problems involved. Of course, some academics believe that because they are smart, or have training in some particular area, that they are capable of acting as a judge in a trial. But, of course, it is not correct. Acting as a judge is a difficult thing in itself, and requires years of training and experience to do well. Of course, many judges are incompetent, but that fact does not make the ac…

Yes, this is another reason that they should not touch it. But, it is a reason they want to handle it "in house".
/r/MensRights20/01/19 02:55 AM

There are 2 reasons: The kids of the rich are figuring out their sexual relations and booze. So, they need a chance to fuck up without consequences. Rapes make the Uni look bad. Nobody wants to send their daughter to some school where they will get raped. So, schools try to hush things up so they do not look bad.
/r/MensRights20/01/19 02:37 AM

Universities should just stay the fuck away from rape accusations. Rape is a serious crime. It should be handled by the police and the courts. Universities do not have the abilities needed to deal with this type of crime.

There are lots of problems here. Obviously, some guys just rape women and claim that the girls was down for sex. It becomes he-said she-said type stuff. There is the history of the woman's claims being ignored. Don't buy into this bs. A lot of feminism is 100% true and correct. A lot is bs. You are responsible only for your own actions. You cannot be responsible for what every male has done everywhere thru all of history. Get out of this shit thought-stream and concentrate on your own life, your own work or studies, your own ideas, your own hobbies, whatever. Do not let other people define you.
/r/MensRights29/05/18 02:48 PM
1

Yeah, I agree with you that the system sucks, esp. if you are poor. But, the fact remains that it costs big bucks to raise a kid. So, if you have made the decision to have a child, you have to raise it somehow. It costs money and somebody has to pay. Traditionally, that has been the father. Of course, it is much better if the parents are together on the same page, but with a divorce, they are not. There is not much else that you can do but work and pay, work and pay.

Please reread what I wrote. You have to support the caregiver so that they can give care to the children.
/r/MensRights28/05/18 02:14 PM

The facts of human biology are such that for the first 5 to 18 years of a child's life, they have to be supported by an adult. That adult has to be supported to care for the child. Traditionally, this was done thru marriage, where the man worked and supported the wife and child. Even with a divorce, the responsibility to support the child and the mother does not go away.
/r/MensRights27/05/18 03:45 PM
-1

I of course agree that the present system is screwy, but the idea is to support the care-taker, so that the child is well-supported. I think you can understand this, even if you may not agree with it.

/r/MensRights27/05/18 07:07 AM

Yeah, but kids also require a lot of care. So, you pay the mother to take care of the kids. That is why you end up paying for purses and whatnot. You pay for the kid's physical needs, and you also pay for care.

Some Feminists like to tear down males because they believe, rightly or wrongly, that males have too much privilege. It is important to understand that not ALL feminists feel this way. The other obvious problem is that some women have been raped by men. I think that you can understand how this experience would color their perceptions of men. There are lots of guys who treat women like shit. And women were ignored when they complained for a long time. But, there are also women who feel remorse after a sexual encounter. Even drugs is a slippery slope. Booze is a drug, and if I give a girl a few beers and we screw, is it coercion? Lying to get sex is hard to figure out. It is not criminal or wrong. It is just sad.

Buying sex is fucking sad. If you have no other options, or if that is the way you want to do things, that is fine. But, for me personally, it is never something that I would want to involve myself in.

/r/MensRights15/04/18 02:35 PM

Yer cool. Just act normal towards all of them, but remember that they are children and not adults. You have to watch out for them to some extent. Don't let them kill themselves doing something stupid.

Well, it costs money to raise a child. So, if you do not want to pay child support, you should not make a baby. Condoms people use them! If she gets pregnant anyways, try for an abortion. If she wants to have the baby anyway, try for adoption. But, if it is your DNA, it is your problem. You have to own it.

I doubt it, because you would not associate the violence with the race. But, if you rarely come into contact with, say, blacks, and then one beats you up or mugs you or shoots you, you might get afraid of blacks.

No. The bigger problem is inconsistent sentencing where blacks get longer sentences than white. What we need is consistency before the law, not I am going to take the fact that you are X into consideration.

Yeah, you can call it that. Or, you could call it PTSD. But, once you have been fucked over by one race, you come to hate them. It might be irrational, but it is very real, and very human.

The title of post is screwed up. The statement is by this group, not Walmart. In a statement, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation lauded the “significant policy change.” “Walmart’s removal of Cosmo from checkout lines is an incremental but significant step toward creating a culture where women and girls are valued as whole persons, rather than as sexual objects,” Executive Director Dawn Hawkins said. The group takes issue with the magazine, and believes customers shouldn’t have to see it …

Yeah, this guy is fucking stupid. You should never travel to a foreign country and commit a crime and expect everything to go well. The foreign country will side with its national 99 times out of 100. He had custody in the UK so he should have asked Interpol to have his wife arrested. But, as long as they are married and the child is hers, she has as much right to the child as he does. So, basically, he fucked himself with this stunt.

I don't know how much money you have got, but if you have money, spend it on a lawyer. Try to stay out of jail, if possible, and try to make your stay as short as possible if you have to go. If you have gone to jail before, you know it is not fun, and a waste of time and your life. So, pay attention to your situation. If you cannot afford a lawyer, use a public defender, but you do not have to take a plea. If they will just give you probation, take it. If no, look at the length of the jail-time.…

Here's where this starts to be an issue. They were teaching the male students about 'No means No' and how it's wrong to rape. They taught them how 'Just because a woman is wearing a scandalous outfit, that does not give you the right to rape them'. Now, this is obviously wrong already. What is wrong here? I see nothing wrong: No means no. (no problem here) Rape is wrong. (ditto) Just because a girl wears a scandalous outfit, does not mean you can rape them. (see 2, even if she is naked). What is…
