Hmm. Hard to tell. It sounds like it may be outside but can’t tell for sure. The one in Vegas has entrance from inside. You can usually tell Vegas crowds by noticing that they’re not dressed for the weather and are wearing clothes that’s don’t seem like they’re from the same area and the people are from all over the world.
