While you don't get to sign a piece of paper to give up obligation, you're allowed as a male to give your obligation to another set of parents. -15	This double standard on "Pro-Choice" has always bugged me Ok, what surgical operation does the man have to go through to either terminate or fulfill a pregnancy? At least with the choice to continue or terminate a pregnancy, it should be with the female. The ability to give the child up for adoption however is not just up to the female last I checked. Now, the legal burdens we're more in agreement, though at odds with the common legal interpretations. It's odd that all one needs is a DNA test to determine responsibility. It would be hard to prove, but if the man and the woman are not attempting to create a child, that event however happens and for some reason the woman wants the have the child while the man does not. I've felt there's been too much emphasis placed on biological parents in today's society. For the person on the right, there is no offspring. Now, if you have a woman that has an offspring then decides not to be a mother, I'm sure she'll be called the same names as the person on the right.
