–	Stop Texting Women Same here. Every time I went on a date asap, I absolutely hated and regretted it. I knew nothing about her and we had nothing in common. Texting for a while and figuring out some common ground is absolutely essential for me. All relationships I've had from OLD started by texting frequently for a week or so, then having a few calls, then meeting up in person.
