Similar here. On top of all, I have two daughters with her, for she absolutely turned them against me. Filed in 23, just last court date (6-23-26) was unsuccessful again- ex's lawyers Dr appointment stretched. She has all comforta as before filing, this it is ear, she with her lawyer keeps prolonging, because she knows I will kick them out and sell the house to pay her . Not sure about anything legally possible to do faster. My lawyer seems to dilly-dolly also, and keeps asking for more money. S…

I am about to do some thing similar, my final court (property division) is this Thursday. And I really don't need a thing! Plus they (her an kids) really trashed the house over last three years.. Sell some, donate some, throw away a lot!! Maybe have "estate sale".. cheers

Very similar! Also living under one roof, this Thursday I have "final" court to divide property, after 3+ year ordeal (separated since December 2022).. Total disrespect and continual destruction of "my house".. Kids just turned 18 and brainwashed by the STBXW. I plan to pay her out and keep the house, since it was mine from 1988.. Advice? Light at the end of the tunel is/ could be your new love!! Make a bucket list of things you want to do, and go for it!!! Good luck!!

After reading most, and if u was in your place, talk to a lawyer and start backing off. Once a woman decides she's done, it is usually over! The sooner you get yourself together the better.. sorry to hear though!! Good luck!

Agreed . What hit me most is that the ex (as of last week) turned our two kids against me. They just turned 18, but for last three plus years (separated - but trying to maintain intact home) they only address me with my first name.. Ex filled their minds with hate.. Not sure if I will ever be "Dad" again . . Sadly.. Cheers..

Hey, sorry to hear.. I tried for "intact home" due to at time is " separation" our kids were 14-15. Ex took upstairs of 4-bed 3- bath house and the were usually occupying the kitchen and living downstairs. It is tough... Good luck!!!

Bruh, feel sorry that you are in this situation, but DONOT wait too long to at least talk to a competent lawyer!! Not sure what state you're in, but Calif. after 10 years it gets way more complex.. Sadly I waited . Good luck!!!

Thanks.. Was supposed to have a "financial court session" on September 2. Her lawyer said that he could not talk due to strepthroat. Another excuse to delay the almost 3-year ordeal!!! I am trying to maintain " intact home" , but getting more and more tired of the disrespect and abuse. Now boyfriend if one of my two daughters is " living " in her room, she threatened CPS , but in Jan she will be 18.. and the mom quietly agrees.. And the untitlities keep going up as is my anxiety and blood pressu…

Yes, thank you, sadly, just got off the phone with the bank, that changed my credit card number (after reported lost) and wow, open email to that one of HER phone services just charged monthly fee - on the new card number!! They said I need to call the "merchant" - totally in the hands of SO, can't even log in.. Anyway, the battles we endure.. cheers
