Either way, even with the addition of these new statutes the person would just be guilty of battery and the new aggravated assault statute. As you will find with the system the ACA has created you will have to pay extra if you want more than the bare minimum. If BC is actually cheaper than, nsaids and other pain releivers then maybe it should be covered, but only that specific form for that specific purpose. For instance I think cannabis for glaucoma should be covered by the ACA, but if you only need it as an aphrodesiac or a mood elevator you should have to pay out of pocket for it.

Well firstly, I beleive sex is a luxury. Secondly a hip replacement not only enables you to walk on the beach, but also to walk/run out of a burning building so it's more toward the necessity side. Sure there are health benefits to bc, but there are health benefits to alcohol and coffee too, that doesn't make it a need.
