Sure. There are multiple ways of doing this and they won't differ too much, so just start changing your diet and then change things based on how you feel. Keto is great and I was able to lose 22+lbs in 4 weeks and 10 more in the next 4 weeks. The first few days weren't the best, because I started keto and IF on the same day and found out the bad way I couldn't do cardio in the morning, because my blood sugar would drop very low. So, you might try a week or two of keto without IF if you have work…

Haven't heard about Serge, so can't talk about that, but Keto and IF are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they work very well together, because Keto helps you not feel hungry every 4 hours, so once you are in keto, you can do 24-48 hour fasts and 18 hours of IF will be effortless.

Don't be mad, work on yourself. Girls come and go, you will always be there. If you like her, then enjoy yourself. You have to know that you deserve the best, if you don't think so, then there might be confidence issues that you'll have to deal with eventually. In HS I also dated the hottest girl in school and felt inferior, didn't feel in control of the relationship and it didn't last long.
