Writing the word is not something you can do about though. You can do something about the assault and the word might be considered as aggravating factor

Cutting someone's hair without permission is assault, I hope the parents of the kid know this and do something about it.

I happen to know a few lawyers and I do believe at least one of them would take the case. One is all that is needed. Not every lawyer wants to be some next political hot shot or Harvey Spector.

If am awarded with a sum and she has been ordered to pay it. If she can't pay it, she will have to declare bankruptcy. That's the only way she could get away with not paying. Her feminist group coming wouldn't make a damn difference. At the end of the day, the female lied because she can as female and the male has had his character damaged. Rather than go ago against the grain and actually do something. People would rather sit on the internet defending these liars.

I'll never see a penny but she would have to declare bankruptcy because she can't pay. That is absolutely because that bankruptcy mark, negatively affect her life, even if she gets back on her feet alright. If she can't get a lawyer she can present herself. In fact if she doesn't turn up she automatically loses.

I would sue, even if she doesn't give me a cent, she will have to declare bankruptcy and that will taint her life for good.

People have been taken to civil court for much much less. So you are saying no lawyer will take a deformation of character case? I don't know about lawyers from where you are from but here they would.

At least the real victim the innocent male can go some the civil law path.

There are countless of cases innocent men losing their familes, jobs, friends and so much more because someone decided let me lie. Then the lair just walks away scott free.

What if there is clear evidence to say that she was planning on saying she was raped? how can she misremember that.

I know they only get in trouble if they lie under oath, but do they also get punished by law if the case didn't make it to court?

I don't know how we are supposed to trash and help out with duties at the same time.

Yes. Let us talk about this more. Especially reducing the stigma towards adult male victims.

These tests can be very arbitrary at times, though I am sure that they will have other ways of ensuring that the teachers are up to par.

The article raises some valid points. Perhaps the children wait until they have passed puberty, so they can go through the transition.

We shouldn't march. We should have conferences highlighting these issues and encouraging people to come up with solutions.

This is disgusting, she should get jail time. There's women who get for such accusations because there wasn't sufficient evidence. This one was an open and shut case, and the fucked it up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
