I don’t think homophobic and anti-Semitic theories are the reason I got into the red pill. Dude I’ve been into Roosh for a while now. Read a few of his books, applied them to my life but his podcasts lately are something fierce bro. A lot anti homosexual almost Christian-Catholic vibe going on now. Talking bout how sinful women are with their provocative ways of dressing and shit and how evil it is. Also how the government is turning us all gay. It’s interesting but I think it’s a bit of a stretch. Who knows I could be wrong.

It’s not about emotionally detaching yourself. It’s about being able to feel it then let it go. Burying things emotionally will end up hurting you in the end. It’s better to be able to understand you’re emotions and the root cause but seeing objectively and letting it go and accept things as they are.

I’m in the same boat dude. I found that meditation was the answer to a lot of my problems. 10 minutes I sit down and listen to my breathing and when thoughts come I just notice them and let them go. Broccoli is rich in sulforaphane. Which to my understanding there is new evidence that shows it helps you stay young and also does many other things. I listened to a 3 hour podcast with a nutritionist, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, who talks about the studies and benefits of sulforaphane alone. To be honest I would consider myself a hipster. I don't feel like I overdue it though; I don't wear super tight pants, have a curly mustache and wear elf shoes. Considering my job one would believe it's fitting. I wear big Ray Ban glasses and have long hair on the top with the sides shaved. I have tattoos all over my body including my face and neck.
