I can get a vasectomy pretty easily whereas a woman has to have a man approve her getting her tubes tied. And as a man, that's pretty much all the reproductive care I need outside of a general practitioner. Women need gynecologists and OBGYNs but those sorts of things are often ignored my medical insurance and politicans. I mean... She's right. I'm a white man and I acknowledge this. They're not denying that prejudice against men and whites exist, just that it's not equivocal to racism/sexism. I have never heard of any institutional system specifically designed to sweepingly deny white people or men in their entirety any sort of rights.

Both men and women have privilege. We all suffer from enforced gender roles and societal expectations. Right now, make privilege happens to be more of a problem because it's been systemic for hundreds of years.
