149	Demand what you ask for This isn’t queen shit, this is rude shit. I worked in fine dining for a long time. I’m not a sommelier, but everyone has personal preferences even the sommelier. This is snobbish at best and rude as hell at worse. If you want a professional opinion ask the professional. Even with a sommelier it’s an opinion, an educated one but an opinion.
