I've always given the other person the option to end it where they started it. Looking back, I don't think that I've ever thrown the first punch, but I've damn sure thrown the last a few times. 9	I just got called a rapist on Reddit because I was talking about the prevalence of false rape accusations Been there done that. Cost me over $3000 for the attorney, armed with 300 printed pages of text message and other highly important information regarding the relationship, a 45 minute interview with the detective (scary as fuck), he mentioned that these things happen all the time. Then came the investigation. Case dismissed. Based on the allegations, more than just rape, I could have went to prison for a very very long time. 7	A ‘friend’ of mine was accused of false rape I’ve been there and done that. Fortunately I was able to gather evidence and information on my behalf, and the case was dismissed. You need to find out who the detective is on the case. Give the information to that person. You may have to cooperate with the accused individual, and submit your evidence with that person present. Keep your information and make copies. And another copy in printed form as possible.
