Might be time for a divorce?I appreciate it. We did sit down and talk and she’s said she wants to fight for us but it doesn’t feel like it. She’s agreed to counseling as well but that’s taking forever to setup with the holidays. Thanks for the advice. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/12/23 06:19 PM
How to handle last minute promises when you've had the talk to leave?I’m right there with you man. They say they will change but haven’t in the past. But now that it’s down to the wire they seem really convincing. I’d say if you truly love her and want to fight for it give it a shot. But only this one more try. If you don’t love her I would get out of there. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/12/23 02:53 AM
How to handle last minute promises when you've had the talk to leave? If you’ve had the arguments 1000s of times and she is finally promising to work on things now that you are ready to leave she is not worth it. She didn’t care about you in 1000 of those arguments. Shes not going to care for the 1001 time. Has she promised to start working and changing before? Did she follow through? How long did it last? People can absolutely change. But they have to want it and work for it and break their patterns. Does she really want to change to save a marriage and life with… | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/12/23 11:59 PM
Might be time for a divorce?I hadn’t thought of that. I don’t think she is but it’s certainly a possibility. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/12/23 11:52 PM
Might be time for a divorce? Thanks for the book recommendations I’ll have to check them out. I want to save it but if she doesn’t there’s nothing I can do. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/12/23 11:51 PM

Might be time for a divorce?Appreciate it brother. Ive been looking into getting a divorce consultation. I’ve mentioned couples therapy many times over the past few years and she finally agreed and we’re in the process of starting that now. But like everything else if I were to stop trying to put that together she wouldn’t ask about it. It just wouldn’t happen. She’s says she’s open to it but it’s still all up to me. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/12/23 10:01 PM
