Awesome brotha, I appreciate you. also i believed she was dead serious when she started mentioning local doctors and price, she might be a shallow plate.

Ill own that mistake. I wanted to talk because she was calling me a jerk and asshole to my friends, and let her know I won't tolerate that shit. What do you think the best action is? Ill ditch the plan tonite and move on.

On my way there, not hard rock chad yet, but people treat me more different. Just practicing form has improved my posture. You build confidence, plus the way you interact with people changes. Yep, people will try to discourage you. Funny thing is my colleague (250lbs unhealthy bastard) said something discouraging two days ago once he found out I will have a non-travel job starting next week (been traveling for a year, found TRP on the road). I laughed it off, because I'm gonna achieve my health …

I do more listening on trp than comment. Here is my 2 cent. It comes down to how you change the way you think and see things. I read The Charisma Myth, and it helped realign my mind and thought, along with my ego. This leads into my next point, and it sounds sappy, but if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change (you start seeing reality).

It is a "feeling", but when it hits you, it will make you smile automatically because fuck what people think or do, you are the master of your own happiness. I enjoyed reading this post, very fundamental to trp.

6AM or after 8PM are good times for the gym, too many people and long wait times. My gym is a zoo at 6pm, every area is filled up no clue how people are actually exercising. More of a social gathering.

This. You will be wasting time, money, and be left with noobish gains. if you can't find a gym to do basics like SL 5x5, you will regret in later and will quit even going due to the lack of noticeable strength or gains.

I will be in a situation where I will be around people of that status. I have to interact with them, versus observing and listening. I, myself, do not come from money.

Depends on the situation. I drive up a hand me down that is 13 years old, it is rusting (cant do anything), 230k miles. I never had a decent car. For me, I think having a good car is in need, and something that will last me for a while.

No clue what you read online, but you need to read Sex God Method. The book explains small ways to dominate, for instance, slamming her into the door or pinning woman down before sex. Talking dirty is important too, as funny as you think it might be. Key point to his book is domination is not about being physical, its about dominating psychology when she wants it. Read up, and you will become what the title of the book it.

Stand up for yourself next time, and it seems like your life is wrapped around this relationship. You made sacrifices for her over your happiness? Good job, you dug your own hole. This should get you started, and practice form for all workout, and don't be a jabroni. And start this shit like tomorrow and join a gym that has free weights area. Oh and fuck machine workouts.

Not the best advice, I'm sure someone with more experience will guide you. You need to be blunt and let him know how you feel, and why. On a side note, your father may have changed down the road, and may want a "family" like environment. You going to college might make him want to fill that void. Also you need to find the end game of this lady (which we all can assume based on what you wrote), do a little bit digging. Edit: Removed "You can also introduce him to TRP."

Don't be afraid to whip out your phone in the gym and watch how-to or form videos. When I started Stronglift, I practiced form before doing anything. Stay away from machine workouts, follow the program and dont skip. Add assistant programs if you want (download the stronglift app for more info). Dont be a bro, and add more weight because you think you look silly working out with less weight. You will be exhausted and will have to skip workouts to heal, thus delaying your goal. Three things you n…

Form form form. Make sure you are doing it right, and you will feel that shit. Download his app from the store, it is free (I paid $10 to unlock couple features) and it will allow you to add assistant exercises along with the core workout. One thing I do every other workout is regular pushups (3x10) before the sqts and weighted pushups (3x5 + 10LBS (add 2.5lbs where other day)) at the end or barbell curls and add weights.

You are not gonna like hearing this, but then again I do not have all the information from you. She needs to understand that you are willing to walk away from the relationship. I get you are crazy about her, but if she was to dump you tomorrow, you would probably ball up in the corner for few months and cry. Any relationship is important in life, family, work, lovers, and plates alike. You are bound to them, a means to a end. She knows you are clinging to her (i am cringing) because you "laid yo…
