I agree and disagree. Sure, there is tons of shows and music and other arts sending very bp messages and you should definitely focus more on yourself than distractions, but there are plenty of stories and movies and messages out there we can watch or listen to and apply those messages to our lives. Isolating yourself from your environment and other ideas is unhealthy.
