1	Any MGTOW's able to get over food addiction to get in shape? It took me a while to get motivated but once you start seeing results you wont ever want to back peddle. I only drink water, 1% milk and black coffee. I try to avoid sugar and processed/frozen food, eat 150ish grams of protein a day and lift a few days a week and im down 60lbs and have never felt better.
