1	Can anyone explain if there is a difference between transsexual and transgender? Body dysmorphia is apparently something trans people are affected by, to varying degrees. As I understand it, how badly they feel affected determines how far along the sliding scale they go before they feel comfortable with their bodies - some might just stick to long hair, piercings, etc. whilst others may feel the need to go the whole way.
