Yeah, no kidding. I don't think anyone that has a modicum of life experience thinks that the world is the same. But here on this sub, an awful lot of people are from the US. Which would explain why people automatically assume that. So again, what is the purpose of your OP? What is problematic about that assumption? Obviously if you have a problem with the content on this sub, you're free to look elsewhere.

If she's planning on flaking, no message you send beforehand is going to change that. Fake it til you make it is in my experience and of many others' I've read about or talked to, a farce. It's old school PUA sociopathic bs. With fake it til you make it, sure you might be able to convey to others what you want, and it may even work out in your favor.
