1	Spouse asked for a divorce yesterday, I was told this was a good group by someone. I have some basic questions. The #1 question I think should be how to handle the 5 steps of grief after a divorce. This I was not aware and it hit me like an asteroid the size of the sun as I was standing on a cliff nowhere to run. Shit happens right, but can't undo the past. My recommendation, put your Rambo suit on and fight to keep your family together, you will no longer be there or protect them. 3	When I, 100% feel your pain, divorced after 18 yrs and have a kid. It's weird that smoking kinda helps with the anxiety part I smoked almost 2 packs a week my mind was everywhere.
