Good hygiene doesn't help when you're 6 hours into a shift and your pits just stink. You should be against anti-perspirant if anything. Sweating is natural and a response to help cool you off, but no reason anybody needs to smell it. Meanwhile, you release lots of different compounds through your sweat, but if they get blocked from being perspirated out, then they can potentially cause issues.
