Op is saying that Stoicism is a defense mechanism which comes about in response to environmental/psychological stressors. Women navigate the world through emotional means while men have the choice of either letting the world guide us and being subject to physical and emotional stressors or being stoic and being unmoved by emotional stress which allows us to exercise more control over our lives. There's the physical world and there's the social/emotional world, the more time you devote to one wor…

That's very interesting, I noticed several years ago that the poetry I had written in my teens and early twenties were essentially stand-ins for the emotions I should have been feeling. As I began to eat healthier and become more social I started being able to feel more emotions and I stopped being able to write poetry. I've never heard of Maladaptive Daydreaming before but I see how this describes me so well, with me it's a bit different usually. My daydreams aren't completely created (I guess …

Thanks for some actual advice, but it's too late now. My line of thinking was if we fuck four times then I'm fine with that because it's basically $200 an hour for a girl that's young and clean. I live in a small area and the only escort I know from the area has hepatitis so I'd prefer not to go that route. I should probably quit drinking is the only thing I can learn from this situation, because I already knew it was a stupid thing to do but I was horny and saw it as a reasonable business trans…

I read that when Warren Buffet's son turned 18 he gave him stocks which he then sold for around $20,000 to buy recording equipment. Today these stocks would be worth millions of dollars, but when we're young and dumb and full of cum sometimes we make mistakes when looking for fun. I'm 33 though so I have no excuse other than she's 22, I can bicep curl her, and I probably shouldn't drink and facebook.

I don't know man, my brother's exes' sister uses backpages and she shoots up and has hepatitis and probably other shit.

I was trying to set a time or day yesterday, I asked if she was doing anything monday or tuesday. She said working so I said "I'mma need you to work my dick afterwards" and she didn't respond so a few hours later I said "I mean I would appreciate if you worked my dick afterwards." and she just said lol. Today I said that I needed to use some personal time soon, which is true, and what would be a good day for her? She's like I'm so busy this week etc. I guess I should just not text her at all and…

I work for the only retailer in the area that got iPhone Xs on the release date, I had several friends that had preordered them months before through ATT and they were told they wouldn't get the phones until Jan. My work would only finance them, not sell them outright, and my friend's credit wasn't good enough to finance phones (she preordered the phone through her mom's account) and then to pay them off a week or two later. So I was financing the phones then selling them to my friends, or reall…

I have, some say it affects sensitivity and some say that it doesn't. Logic alone says that it does, those nerve endings are functional, their removal leads to loss of thousands of functional nerves- this is why in the study that I posted the "the most sensitive region was the circumcision scar on the underside of the penis" because it contained the remainder of those nerves which weren't completely destroyed.

https://www.livescience.com/1624-study-circumcision-removes-sensitive-parts.html I looked up the nerve part and it's actually somewhere between 10-20,000 nerve endings according to most experts so not millions. Circumcision isn't a precise surgery, different boys can end up with very different results even if no problems occur during the procedure. All of the most sensitive parts of the penis are removed during many of the procedures, other times only four of the areas are removed. For circumcis…

I don't think that masturbation lowers testosterone much, if at all, when done a reasonable amount of times a day- probably once or twice. I don't know if there's any studies on this sort of thing, but I'd consider more than 4-6 times a day a pathological/compulsive level of masturbation and I don't understand how you'd even have time for this. You should have a full blood panel done with hormone levels as well, most insurance will cover this, if you don't have insurance then you need testostero…

I believe English is your second language so some of what you're saying isn't exactly clear, but it seems like you're saying that you've changed your behavior toward other people after taking the Red Pill and you can't draw a line and say "I'll change my behavior to everyone except my immediate family." Changing behaviors which have become engrained after many years is the most difficult part of TRP, lifting is the number one priority so you lift but it's a simple action while behaviors have bee…

Horny goat weed gives me energy throughout the day, much better than caffeine. Ashwaghanda (Withania Somnifera) is an adaptogen for people that don't know, it helps keep you calm during stressful situations. Maca is also said to be good for the male reproductive system.

Your initial assessment is that you are a five, as a five you could get rejected by a 1 or a 2- technically even a 9 or 10 could get rejected by a 1 or a 2. It becomes increasingly improbable that this would happen, but like everyone else said it's a numbers game.

So what you're saying is that you don't have real world experience with women that love horses but that all of the guys in here are ridiculous in their personal experience with these women? I was born in a fairly large city on the East Coast and recently moved to the heart of horse country, OP's observation about these women seems to be true from my experience as well. It's a generalization of course but there's a difference between a woman that loves horses and one that loves cats or dogs, ridi…

This is the base, or essential ingredients, for my protein shake: Cup of cashew milk, cup of pomegranate juice, 3 raw eggs, scoop of whey protein, some vegetable protein, several scoops of sorghum flour, raw caocao, and some avocado oil or olive oil. I usually also use maca root, ashwaganda powder, horny goat weed extract, longjack extract, grape seed extract, and Ceylon cinnamon.

My point is that confidence doesn't come from penis size or height- you're unhappy so you think these things that you don't have will make you happy. Focus on what you do have and not things that you don't have. Is it not better to use what is in thy power like a free man than to desire in a slavish and abject way what is not in thy power? As someone with somewhat low self-esteem you definitely have low self-esteem. The guys I know that pick up the most women are short and/or ugly dudes, one guy is around 5'4" and doesn't even lift but he's confident and it shows. Confidence comes from a state of mind, and I'm sure it has to do with a person's childhood as well, but he is a good example of how physical features don't control confidence level. You don't have to be Johnny Depp to be confident and it might not even help ultimately be…

Definitely stop viewing porn, but check out https://www.reddit.com/r/foreskin_restoration/ as well. I had never came once during sex up until a few months after I began foreskin restoration. I would have sex for over two hours on occasion and not get anywhere close to finishing, some people think it'd be good to last that long but if you like to have sex most days you probably don't have that kind of free time and you get tired after awhile. Get your test levels checked along with all of the important male hormones like LH and FSH, SHBG, DHEA, etx. Get a standard blood panel along with this, this should be almost totally covered by insurance-even Obamacare will cover this once a year. If your test levels are low then you may need to see an endocrinologist or a Dr that is focused on male hormones. If your test levels are low and you try other options like a healthier diet, etc then there's something called HcG which can be injected b…

The RP is all about improving yourself and how to market yourself so that you can have access to the best partners. Guys here will talk about N-counts all of the time and how women with a high count are damaged goods essentially, with women the lower the number the better- many times women who claim to have a really low number are lying but women that truly have a low count are preferred by most guys here. Sluts will have sex with more guys than they should, this makes them damaged goods in many…

It depends on the guy, I don't like sluts, they disgust me on a deep biological level or whatnot- as do fat people. Sluts and fat people are similar in the sense that they are unwilling to delay gratification so they sacrifice their future for the present. I've had sex with several women of varying levels of experience and the worst one was judgmental and non-feminine. When it comes to things I like in women the list would be something like this- not slutty, relatively fit (or not overweight), p…

I don't know a lot about a vegan diet, but from what I know about the different types of amino acids and protein and whatnot I'd say that you probably want to get some BCAAs. This is the only brand that I know of which is entirely vegan-safe, most amino acids are either made in China or use base materials from China- this company has been making amino acids in Japan from vegetable base materials for many decades. https://www.amazon.com/Ajipure-Fusi-BCAA-Canister-340-Gram/dp/B00O4JLCUA/ref=sr_1_1…

I thought about this because she has her tubes tied, she's in good shape, and is always down to fuck but she lied to me and played me. Yesterday I remembered that we were watching a movie a few weeks ago and this married professor is fucking one of his students and she said "if someone did that to me I'd fuck a younger guy once for every time they cheated."- so I was thinking since she cheated on me I can give her an ultimatum that she has to have one of her friends over for a threesome and then…

I moved to a rural area a few years ago and most women have had at least one kid by the age of 18-20, the ones that don't are almost always either land whales or think they're a 10 out of 10 because of the scarcity of women without kids.

I watched porn a few weeks ago and saw some foot long dongs and was like "holy shit, no wonder so many guys are insecure about their dicks." Check out these quotes by Marcus Aurelius https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Marcus_Aurelius The longest-lived and the shortest-lived man, when they come to die, lose one and the same thing. Remember that man lives only in the present, in this fleeting instant; all the rest of his life is either past and gone, or not yet revealed. Short, therefore, is man's life, and narrow is the corner of the earth wherein he dwells. Death hangs over thee: whilst yet thou livest, whilst thou mayest, be good. Whatev…

This is the best succinct response as to what TRP is, it's about improving yourself and understanding how to get the best deal in the modern world when it comes to dating. Women aren't the number one concern for a RedPill man, but there are already places to go for great advice on weightlifting, nutrition, business matters, economics, etc as these topics have been studied for countless years. Frame can be a complicated term that is sometimes misused, it's essentially whose 'reality' you're operating under. Humans have a natural tendency to create narratives, in relationships one person enters the other person's personal narrative or frame. The best way to understand and remember frame is when you think of a famous guy like George Clooney, he has power, confidence, and control, the people that are around him have to enter his frame if they want to be a part of his life. He doesn't hav…

Because of the nature of society/culture men fall into ranks or classes or whatnot based on many things like strength, wealth, intelligence, attractiveness, sociability, and generally the higher ranked males get access to more and better women. I don't think women have such defined classes for many reasons, the biggest one might be that the most desirable traits in a female are things which they're born with like youth, beauty, a nice body, etc. So a man is born with a certain hand in life but h…

An alpha female may be 1 in 100 by my estimates, while a beta female would probably be a bit more rare but it depends on age group. Men in most cultures have been providers for tens of thousands of years while women took care of the kids, the only obvious equivalent of a female beta that I can think of is when a rich woman, usually an older one, dates a guy that would normally be above her league but she supports his lifestyle. I've known a few guys that dated older women like this, I think the …

From my understanding an alpha female has an aggressive personality, is often sexually aggressive as well, and many times doesn't like other women. They prefer to get things done as opposed to talk about things, and may be highly focused on their career. I dated one recently and she was sexually aggressive and crass when out and about but she was sweet and submissive and a fan of forced sex in private. As a child and teenager I ate pretty poorly, by the time that I was 17 or so I stopped drinking soda, then over the years I cut out more and more processed foods. I read quite a bit about most of the common diets and one thing that came up again and again is that wheat is really bad for you. I stopped eating it cold turkey around 25 and began to feel amazing, I incorporated many healthier foods in it's place- like quinoa. I've eaten the paleo diet for 7 or 8 years now and I think everyone would be better on it. That picture that you posted is a good representation of the paleo diet, I do eat rice about once or twice a month and I think it's an acceptable compromise to save money without hurting your health much- I think that wheat on the other hand is unacceptable at any level. Looks like most of the K2 on Amazon is around this dose, so if we're talking about the same kind I'd need to take hundreds of them. Are we talking about different forms? I haven't read that much about it, but I was under the impression that any time you do test it lowers your natural test production so everyone who uses any test has to use a doseage which is more than the body is producing naturally. As in, if you only take a small amount to boost your test levels by a bit then your body produces less.

I forget the exact reason for this, but every time you eat your body produces insulin and this messes with (or temporarily stops, I forget) the production of testosterone. So it's better to eat three huge meals instead of 5-6 medium-sized meals. I forgot to mention that.

She's one of those girls that has tattoos and puts on an aggressive, bad ass persona at work but at my place she was super sweet and feminine. I know it can't hurt that she tells people I have a big wiener, but most of the people at my work are older, married, out-of-shape, etc. I moved to a rural area a f…

Whey is a dairy product but it contains very little lactose if you're lactose intolerant and not fully allergic to dairy products. Use raw eggs and vegetable-based proteins if you don't want to risk it, I use between 6 and 12 raw eggs a day in shakes. They thicken shakes and don't taste bad at all. If you are lactose-intolerant and do choose to drink whey protein shakes, use only isolate powder and avoid whey concentrates or powders that are made from a mix of isolate and concentrate.

This has been said in many places before, but it's worth repeating tattoos are an externalization of pain- yes it can also be a form of self-expression and it's trendy in some subcultures, but from my experience a woman with multiple tattoos is more likely to have been abused or gone through other serious damage. My most recent ex had 10 or 12 decent sized tats, and she was really feminine and sweet (also a sex addict) when I got to know her, but she hid this under a bad ass persona which she po…

Your motivation will come back if you quit, research says that the younger a person is when they start smoking the more likely that they mess up their neural pathways or whatnot so that's a factor since I don't know how old you are. But regardless of that the motivation will definitely come back to a large degree if you quit.

This post reminds me of something that's been on my mind a lot lately. As a background: for as long as I can remember I've had social anxiety and depression, but I always eat healthy and I usually lift 4 days a week. I work a sales job now and I've worked many customer service jobs, I've developed a sort of clownish, light-hearted personality over the years in order to amuse myself and not seem so damn depressed. Growing up I barely talked, in college I remember one of my friends saying "it's be…

I went through a break-up similar to yours a few weeks ago, it had been awhile since I'd been in a relationship and we were dating for around 4 months we'd still fuck every time we saw each other. She was under more stress lately from her daughter acting out and using drugs and I pissed her off one time with a joke and a light switch flipped in her head and she went from practically worshipping to me to not even wanting to talk to me. I recently turned 32, keep in mind that at any moment in life you're in-between steps from one moment to the next. You're never 18, it's never your birthday, the fact that you came across redpill may have been a total coincidence- one day you'll meet a woman that seems totally different from the others. You'll spend 3 months with her, or three years, with no problems and suddenly everything is a problem. If you were put in this same life a thousand times you may have never encountered the redpil…

Calling a dude daddy isn't that weird when you understand what women need. In a sense they need someone to direct them because they'll bounce around like a bouncy ball by themselves, constantly going from one "interesting" thing to another. And they did this even before they received constant validation from social media. I work sales, and where I work you constantly see what appears to be dumb, ugly guys with attractive women. I think a big part of this is because they fill the role that women …

Thanks again man, luckily she's pretty professional. She wouldn't talk about a problem we were having (she wouldn't talk about it outside work or at work) and we both had built up anger but she just lets herself stew in anger. I let it get to me, I'm just going to let it go. It's a bummer bc we both worked a similar shift so we'd get off work and watch stand-up or something eat dinner and then fuck. I never had to take her anywhere and she never wanted to go anywhere so it was pretty convenient.…

From my experience, which isn't that much, I agree with egowaffle that girls that are "crazy, (have) daddy issues, piercings," and a lot of tattoos I may add, are usually "better" in bed. Better as in more active, experimental, ok with taking pictures, etc, and I think this is usually because they have more sexual experience- which isn't necessarily a good thing. Another trait that I've noticed, which may seem obvious, is women who are sexual in everyday talk and action are usually "better" in b…

I'm the same way, I've worked at a couple of call-centers over the years and mainly because of my chronic depression I developed a "phone voice" which sounds more happy- I guess you'd say. From my experience it's not something that you want to do for many reasons, but mainly because the people that are emotionally intelligent can tell it's a fake happiness/voice and you'll sound "off" to them. You should check out a 1976 book called The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind. In this book Princeton psychologist Julian Jaynes defined consciousness in the tradition of Locke and Descartes—as “that which is introspectable.” At the time of the release of the book many people were offended or shocked at many of the ideas presented in the text. Although the term "operating system" doesn't appear in the book because of it's age, Jaynes is essentially describing conscio…

Past actions are the best predictor of future ones. I eat paleo when I'm sober, but sometimes I eat something questionable when I'm drunk- food has no agency or whatnot so I can't blame the food even if I wanted to. I think that's way too low of a weight and body fat percentage to cut at. If I was you I wouldn't start cutting until I reached closer to 170-180 depending on your body fat percentage. Toward the end of last year I went from 166 lbs to 180ish by lifting more, lifting better, and eating more food (quality food). Not trying to be a dick, but it probably shouldn't take a year to stabilize vitamin D levels- unless you mean that you only get tested once a year so you're not sure when the change happened. 10,000UI would be more appropriate for a pale person, especially since you spend so much time outdoors and your levels are that low. You'll want to ensure that you have some carbs every three hours whether you're lifting or not if you want to gain or maintain the muscle that you have. The timing of the other macros isn't as important, but if you don't do this then your muscles wont have the proper fuel to rebuild. Yeah, I just crack 3 eggs in the blender, and it makes the shake thicker and a bit creamier. An Orange Julius just has 5 ingredients* and most of them have little flavor and you still can't taste the eggs, so if you make a protein shake with flavored whey, peanut butter, and/or bananas or most fruits you can't taste it at all. When you say weight gainer do you mean the prepackaged kind or do you make it yourself? *just milk, frozen OJ concentrate, ice, vanilla, and sugar

I like cashew the best overall, it's creamy and doesn't have any aftertaste. Soymilk has phytoestrogens which are plant molecules that are very similar to estrogens, so it's best avoid soy and flaxseeds- flaxseed actually has quite a bit more of them than soy. That works, but it's even better for you uncooked, so if you're about to have a meal or a shake you can have a TB or so of coconut oil and eat it plain or put it in the shake.

That's the funny thing about eggs, they're way more filling when cooked so I only eat them cooked once a week or less. In shakes they aren't nearly as filling and they just thicken the shake without changing the flavor much. I've been having 9 a day for the last ten months or so and I haven't been sick once, I use organic eggs usually but I think the main thing is to wash your hands after you handle them and you'll be fine.

I agree that the primary issue is that "women hate TRP tactics," because in the face of evolution there is a "natural order" to people. Sleep is very important, I don't sleep well either so a few years ago I took a sleep study and they said that I was more alert than I should have been but that I didn't have any specific condition. You may be the same way but if you have good insurance it's good to get it checked out. I have to get at least 8 hours of sleep to feel even halfway rested, I wake up about every 90 minutes or so but usually go right back to sleep. Here is some info on sleep and test - http://www.anabolicmen.com/sleep…

As to your first paragraph, most redpill guys will say never get married and never live with a woman even if not married (prob over 90% hold this opinion), many will also say don't enter long-term relationships (this is prob more like 70-80%) so I'm not sure what you mean about the “getting married to her terms” part. Just about all of the redpill guys, even the ones that are married or are ok with marriage in some circumstances, will say that once you get married then you start to develop bad t…

u/twatbutter explained the genetics which I was about to type up, gene expression is a huge part of it in my view. "Gut instinct" can sometimes be used as a metaphor nowadays, but I believe that it was originally a physiological reaction which a person experienced. There is a great book called The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind which proposes a theory about the development of human consciousness over time, the author of this book, Princeton psychologist Julian Jay…

I had a good idea of what your problem was halfway through your post because I've seen a lot of guys go through similar situations growing up. By the time I read the last few lines of your post it confirmed my suspicions, if you have low self-esteem then it doesn't matter what you accomplish because of how you feel deep down. I was the middle child, and I was mostly left to myself because I was quiet and mature while my siblings were always doing crazy shit, so this left little time for me. I re…

I wanted to add on to your second point that not only do women not "like believing it because it makes them feel bad," but they also don't like being put in a position of doubting their own freewill. Most people are this way, just like with your example about beta beliefs- people don't like knowing that their behavior can be predicted mathematically in some instances, some people can accept it on paper (or state it as a fact like the female commenter that OP posted about it did) but like you sai…

This sort of thing, and related issues like poor self-esteem, almost always date back to early childhood. Just about all children will have feelings of inferiority as they grow up, but those that are criticized often, and/or don't always live up to the expectations of their parents are more likely to retain an inferiority complex and/or self-hatred.

You think it might be a form of self hatred? Perhaps giving yourself an obvious reason to hate yourself instead of trying to figure out the root cause of the issue?

And when it comes to the game of life, there is a masculine and a feminine side to it. As I see it, the masculine side is what's above the surface, and the feminine side is below the surface- the masculine side is about strength and being direct with others, brute force in a way, while the feminine side is more aligned with subterfuge- deception because women are physically weaker than men so it'd be foolish to try to physically subdue them. As above, so below.

Nutrition is very important to me and I have high metabolism, I've tried a lot of different approaches over the last 8 or 10 years but what it comes down to is if you need to eat 4,000 calories a day like I do then you have to make at least two big protein shakes. Even if you don't work and you have a dishwasher, the time and energy it takes to make even half decent food is incredible. I'm allergic to wheat, so I have less options than a lot of people, but no matter what you eat solid food takes…

There's a lot of advice already posted from many points of view, most of them have a much greater knowledge of how to follow Red Pill principles, so I don't have anything else to add in that sense. What I can say is that you sound like you need Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for self-esteem issues which probably go back to childhood, as they do in most people, even halfway decent insurance will cover this in most cases. Even if not there's no reason not to check into it, because many therapists wi…

A lot of people that I know have stopped using shampoo altogether, and after an initial adjustment period most of them end up with better looking hair. Most shampoos strip away the oil and whatnot from the hair which leads to it needing conditioner, and then it needs styling products for shine and body or whatever all those sprays and gels are for. I think the oil is there for a reason, on the body and the hair, so I don't use any soaps or anything on my face and my female friends can't understa…

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, works wonders for anxiety and depression as well as many mood and personality disorders, things like obsessive and/or compulsive behaviors. If you have good insurance it may cover a great portion of it, if you don't have good insurance then some drs are willing to work on a sliding scale where you pay less than other clients because of a lower income or severe financial strain for one reason or another. Personally, I've never had sex with an escort, and I recently started looking at women within an hour of me that work for agencies since it seemed the better route overall, and I was surprised that most of them seemed out of shape. I looked around a bit more and found one that has her own website and just costs about $50 more per hour, $400, but it appears that she works by herself which seems odd to me. Brandon Lee was killed by the bullet tip coming off of an actual bullet (which was used in place of a dummy cartridge bc they didn't have any left, so they removed the primer and gunpowder from an actual bullet) which lodged itself in the barrel, or cylinder, of a gun which was later used with blank rounds. The blank rounds have explosive powder but no bullet tip, so when they are fired they have a muzzle flash and sound but no bullet tip, just a wad of paper or cotton in most cases- this can st…

I've been blackout drunk a few times and I've also spent far too much of my life investigating human consciousness, over the last several hundred years consciousness has been defined in various, sometimes contradictory, ways; I consider human consciousness to be introspectable mindspace, where the brain generates a map of the world around the individual and also the individual's body itself. This allows the person to consciously manipulate the body within the mind and make a decision as to the b…

My friend likes to hire fire dancers/throwers, the great thing about them is it allows people to not feel so self-conscious or whatnot. The ones that he hires are his friends, a male and a female, so they're already at the party socializing and every so often they perform for a few minutes, this breaks up monotony and gives something to talk about if things are getting quiet or whatnot. You probably developed these habits long ago when you were young and had lots of free time, with porn the thinking that I had when I started watching it around 6th grade was basically "this is new exciting and it turns me on." This is something which bothers me quite a bit as well, the way I look at it is lots of guys (and even women nowadays) are becoming worse and worse socially, possibly from being a generation which was raised/babysat by electronics so they want instant gratification and don't have much interpersonal skill- so this is a sort of double-edged sword, the women don't see a reason to talk to you when they can get instant "Likes" of their FB pics or tweets or whatever and many guys can't read signals so…

There definitely are, but depending on how deep you want to go down the rabbit hole you can either simply be aware of the chasm and learn to meditate/reflect on your emotions like I described in my other reply, or you can recognize what makes the chasm possible and the implications that it has. Emotions are definitely highly influenced by the individual's understanding/use of language, which of course was highly flexible at a young age as they were learning how to use language, but as time passes language seems to become more concrete so emotions seem to become more concrete to most people. Your Sensei is very intelligent if he came to these conclusions by himself, well probably whether those are his own ideas or not, but if you fully understand the implications of the chasm between feelings and emotions then this importance can not be understated. You can tell by most of the post that he didn't mean that it's a "choice" to have feelings, he meant that feelings are physiological reactions in the body and that emotions arise in response to them. The emotions which arise are based on lifetime experiences, especially when you're young. So the emotions are a learned response which arose partially as a result of the things which happened to the individual but also as a result of the choices the individual made which led to certain outcomes. Another way of stating this was expanded upon by Princeton Psychologist Julian Jaynes in the mid-1970s, he theorized that feelings were essentially physiological in nature and that animals experienced a relatively wide range of feelings. Affects on the other hand are feelings that have been influenced/interpreted by past experience, introspection, and human language. So feelings are widespread and likely felt to varying degrees depending on the complexity of the animal, as in reptiles may experi…

Oh yeah, and something my brother has always said that he does to avoid situations which are sort of similar to this is to notice the one of the woman's flaws and focus on it. There are probably better ways to approach the situation, but this may be the simplest approach to implement.

I read both of your comments, they're very interesting and I can't say that I've ever encountered that exact situation. I've only been reading RP for a few months, something that I do which is probably similar is when a woman that I'm attracted to touches my bare skin I just kind of melt. Especially when I'm sore as shit from lifting weights and a friend puts her hands on my neck or shoulders, for example, a part of me just goes out the window, maybe it's all of the lessons I've learned here, an…

I know how you feel, I didn't lose my virginity until I was 27. It was a big ol bummer too, I had really helped the woman out of a shitty situation and she still treated me pretty bad for the few months that we lived together- because she had no place to live. In a way I wish that I was still a virgin because I had really cared about that woman since high school, so about ten years- I learned a valuable lesson, people are going to treat you pretty much the same whether you give them a place to l…

Check out Bigger, Leaner, Stronger for all of the basic and intermediary info on weightlifting like the best way to warm-up, eat, etc. Some guys just learn as they go and they do fine but others learn bad form, or don't warm-up properly like I did for years, and will cause damage/impingements to joints. So it's very important to read an up to date primer on lifting. http://www.amazon.com/Bigger-Leaner-Stronger-Building-Ultimate/dp/1938895274

Don't eat out of plastic bowls, plates, anything disposable, or use plastic utensils, only use glass bowls, cups, etc- this is especially important when it comes to warm/hot foods. I bring my own Pyrex bowls when getting soups/food to go at restaurants. Never drink out of plastic bottles whether they are soda, juice, coffee, water because not only are they made out of crappy plastic, but the bottles were probably still warm when they were filled because of the way everything is assembly-line pro…

I've been reading about vocal issues for the last few weeks, that sounds like an issue related to tension in the vocal cords. I don't have that particular issue, but I can relate to the phone issue, I believe my voice is deeper on the phone, and when I'm less tired, especially in the morning, but when I'm around many people I experience anxiety and it affects my voice. Have you tried the first exercise described by OP? When I do this I hear a "Darth Vader" noise in the back of my throat upon exh…

I don't know a ton about speech impediments, like if they're genetic or related to structural issues in the brain, or vocal cords, etc but the highness of his voice might be related at least partially to his speech impediment.

As to the first exercise, when I do this I hear a "Darth Vader" noise in the back of my throat upon exhale, seems like something changes at the upper back region of my throat above my uvula. I can avoid this by concentrating on the breath but then it's a bit more difficult because I have to focus on expanding my stomach and controlling my throat or whatnot like this. Should I be making the Darth Vader noise or not for this exercise? I found a link about this, apparently the Darth Vader breathing…

I follow a lot of evolutionary psychology, and this may sound racist and not provable so you're probably not going to read it in any journal, but I think it's similar to the way most Japanese people are very polite and not aggressive. In both cases, the environment that the groups of people lived in selected for certain traits, in the case of the Japanese their society was very structured and organized into hierarchies- there is an old Japanese proverb, "The nail that sticks out is hammered down…

Women always feel this overwhelming sympathy for men like our lives are tragedies because we don't cry on each other's shoulders every day. Maybe it's just the way you worded this, but that hasn't been my experience as a person or while taking psychology and sociology courses, etc. Excluding tragedies/accidents or whatnot, I can't think of a single time where I've seen overwhelming sympathy from a woman directed toward men. I think that's why the author stated the quote below, because women are …

For the last few weeks I've been taking one serving of creatine an hour before I lift and one immediately after. The only time I ever experienced cramps was the few times I added it to my breakfast shake. Do you think it's bad to take before and after lifting for a month or so?

Shit, I've been taking zinc picolinate with a big protein shake in the morning every day. I use almond or cashew milk but I guess the calcium in that and the protein powders (mainly whey and a bit of vegan/rice) would affect the absorption even though it's a lot less than that found in a calcium supplement?

I see your point, my point is that it's still the woman's choice whether she wants to be in a relationship, or continue a relationship at any point with a man so if the man breaks it off with her, so be it- it would have happened anyway. I'm average in terms of looks but I eat healthy, have lifted weights for years, have a decent job but I was raised old school or whatnot so I have to read and learn all of these RP rules about interacting, talking, texting, passing shit tests, I have to relearn …

To me the original post and this comment seem like they're discussing the difference between a moment and a longer period of time, with many men, myself included, it's the sting of the face to face rejection. The 'you're not good enough to get my number,' and then you find out your drugged out friend got her number weeks ago because he couldn't care less if he gets it, he's out of his mind most of the time. The women in OP's example who enter into a relationship, or sleep with a man for months o…

After I started reading RP I realized something similar that I did which may be an example of this. When I was really comfortable with a woman, usually laying in bed or something similar, I had a tendency to feel vulnerable and expose things about myself which I normally wouldn't have. Things that I never tell anyone or might tell my brother about my past, I always felt like my mother neglected me emotionally but perhaps this is something that a boy would have told his mother for some kind of un…

Aha, well I guess that first part is what I asked for, but I was hoping for something more constructive. I'm not so sure about the second part, I don't care enough to read entire books on philosophy but the principles of existentialism seem relevant to life and the RP. The world is meaningless and absurd by nature, no one is going to come into your life and make it better so it's the individual's responsibility to find meaning and find their own will to power/create. In existentialism, the indiv…

I didn't lose my virginity until my late 20s, and I agree with this. OP is very hard on himself and is focused on the wrong thing. I had poor social skills and was a very thin guy in my early 20s so I started lifting weights all of the time and put on about 20 pounds of muscle which boosted my overall confidence but I had few friends and no idea how to boost social skills. Fast forward seven or eight years and I end up having sex with someone that I really cared about growing up but it was very …

You sound like a Highly Sensitive Person from the way you put yourself in the role of male characters in sitcoms. I'm an HSP too, it can be strange living in the modern world. I recommend that you not watch TV, it's not productive and it's bad for your mind and body. A highly sensitive person (HSP) is a person having the innate trait of high sensory processing sensitivity (or innate sensitiveness as Carl Jung originally coined it[1][2]). Some common signs are sensitivity to loud noises, bright o…

Coconut water is supposed to really good also, and many greens are ok, but these don't seem to be enough to raise already low levels of potassium from what I've read.

Thank you very much for this. This is one of the best pieces of art I've ever seen. I've been obsessed with the idea that the devil gives the man since before I can remember. I've written pages of poems/haiku about the idea/feeling but I'd dox myself if I posted one. I remember going to church as a small child and thinking "do these people actually believe they're going to float up to a magical place in the sky when they die?" It's not a comforting feeling carrying this alone for my whole life, …

I have also seen noticeable results from taking zinc for the last few months, lately I've been reading about how almost everyone is deficient in potassium. Any idea how to supplement potassium? The supplements that I've seen so far are around 5% per serving.

That's a great lesson, I have a question if you don't mind, or actually two. I was in a situation recently where a store owner where I deliver completely overreacted to a trivial matter and he brandished a pistol (he didn't point it at anyone, just took it out of his desk holding it by the slide so me and the driver could see it then sat it down) and I remained calm on the outside but on the inside I was seething so I left and went home for the day after calling my boss bc I felt like I was goin…

I have a psychology degree and agree with most of what you said, I have learned a thousand times more on my own after college than I ever did in the four years that I was there. A BS in Psychology isn't worthless, it's essentially a steady foundation to build upon, from there you can build an additional floor and get a Master's degree or you can freeball it and learn what you want to learn on your own terms by reading whatever interests you and applying it in your life. The building that I'm wor…

Aha thanks I guess. I realize my post was quite long but your reading comprehension is poor, there are three women mentioned in the post and you seem to have combined at least two of them in your third point. As to your second point, I did interact with her as a human being, and as a friend, her brother told me that I was failing multiple shit tests. I didn't even know they were shit tests so I was just being myself and trying to be helpful. And thank you for the psychological evaluation, but I …

Great to hear how good you're doing, I'm very appreciative of all of the great info on RedPill as well. I first heard about RP about a month or so ago and have been reading it for several hours many days. I have changed my diet, right now I am doing all low carb stuff and drinking protein shakes at both morning time and right after I work out. In regard to carbs, I recommend checking out the book Bigger, Leaner, Stronger, for a quick synopsis you can check out this article at the author's page. …

Thanks, appreciate the advice. I hadn't even thought of not going for a number, I'll do that. ♂ Yeah, I'm not sure about some of the terms used here, the acronyms are straight forward but I wasn't sure about the definition of "monk mode," "k-close," and "plate."

On second read through that post title is probably pretty bad... Let me try to sum up the post TLDR: I'm 30 and I have no game, I started reading RP about a month ago, now I have all of these tips but I don't have much practice. I have social anxiety and I've only had sex a few times and this is definitely not helping my game any, there is a cute mom who I'm sure is interested in me- should I try to bang her for experience or keep working on my approach? Or both?
