Yes. I know. My diet is mostly really good but during the summer I work a weekend job that is really physical and I use that as a excuse to binge on high fat and sugar. It's a flaw that I'm working on. I did go from 210 and fat down to 178 and thin and then muscled back up to 215. It took 3 years but I'm in excellent shape for being in my 50's. This winter I plan on getting my diet under control.

I'm with you on tren. I'll never get to your dose. 50mg of tren a every other day for 12 weeks on and 12 or more off and I'm very happy. Make sure you take high doses of b6. That keeps your prolactin down and keeps your dick working. I don't mind pinning. I kind of like it really and have pinned ever day at times.

I found a good doctor finally. He's to conservative but he keeps me mostly legal. I figure I'm on test for life and will always need a doctor if I want to stay out of trouble. I messed up a couple times and went in with really high numbers and he seems to understand.

Are you to high a dose of tren? I do half a cc of tren a 100 every other day and get great gains and very little sides. My friends do over twice that and are like what you described. I'm very conservative with tren. I'll blast 400-500 on test and it seems to focus me really good. And I have absolutely no fear of anything at that dose. I really have to fight E2. My body seems to love converting test into estrogen. When my e2 get to high is when I get paranoid. 51 years old. 215 lbs and around 15%…

broscience? If you had any experience with trt you would not say that. It's not just women that my social awareness is better with. After a short time on trt I starting realizing that no one I worked with liked me. My self image was completely wrong . I noticed the passive aggressiveness and open hostility from my co-workers. Not just me either, no one there likes each other. It's hard to believe how unaware of that I was. I also became aware of the contempt my wife had for me and the disrespect…

When I first started TRT 4 years ago my first doctor didn't know what he was doing. He never checked e2 and got angry everytime I asked . He also would have me come in every two weeks for a shot and would change my dose each time. He would ask me how I feel each time and was trying to fine tune my dose. The result was I got emotional messed up really bad. It messed my head up bad. After a year of that I changed doctors and start self shots twice a week and we got my estrogen under control. It to…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
