The HPV vaccine does not just protect against cancer. HPV also can cause warts, while the vaccine will not protect aginst every strain or kind of HPV it will help to prevent the most conman wart causing HPV and prevent you female partners from getting HPV which can cause cancer. Both men and women should get the vaccine. I'm vaccinated and glad to be protected- Here is some more info about HPV

I'm not a doctor but when I was 19 I had similar symptoms. You might actually have a collapsed lung instead of heart issues- it happens alot with young guys around your age who are tall and thin. - also a collapsed lung isn't as scary as it sounds but it does normally come with a stay at the hospital and maybe some surgery. I hope that you can figure out what's up soon and start getting better

Thanks for the suggestions of subreddits - i have joined a few of them. it does look like this may be a lost cause, even if i still do want it changed. When a moderator will admit they are wrong and refuse to fix it it show a real lack of character. Thanks for taking interest in this post. I had no idea that r/LGBT would act this way but it has opened my eyes.
