1	How can a junior-year college student get over approach anxiety and meet or learn to flirt with more women? I think my favorite line is "I think I recognize you, I'm x what's your name?" That pretty much opens the conversation towards what classes you are taking, what clubs/etc. you're a part of, who you hang out with, what kind of things you do as hobbies... it won't work for everyone but for me it's the most natural thing to say. It's less awkward when they have a friend there in my opinion, they will be more open with you. Aren't there restaurants/ coffee shops/ etc. that are a hang out spot for people your age or that go to the same school as you ? As someone who's awkward as hell and has a hard time getting out I find this is a pretty easy way to both talk to girls and have something to talk about. And it doesn't take long. 3-5 minutes in you can say you have errands to run and ask for their Snapchat or phone number.
