Their potential for extreme reactions based on feelings disqualifies them from this ever happening. Most women are unable to STAY unbiased, let alone learn to be unbiased. They want power but don't know how to use it.

Ask to see their receipt history and bank accounts. It will drive them nuts.

Men have always been disposable in society. When the ship sinks, it's "women and children first!" Men have died in wars, housefires, coal mines, and all sorts of dangerous places for a society that these days feels entitled to.

They're dead wrong about sex being selfish. Anyone who says so needs to answer what's the point of being monogamous if there's no intimacy. I can come up with a whole grocery list of excuses they'll come up with, but, if a woman is married, she holds her husband's entire sexual outlet in her hands. If anyone is selfish, it's them. Sex is the glue that holds relatonships together.

It might be too early to tell. As far as I've heard, the name of MGTOW is approaching 20 years (as of the early 2000s), but, the practice has been around for longer. Another thing is that it might not have gotten noticed until just recently. Now that more people know of it, studies might be popping up more. There are relevant studies already that include (but not limited to): -men happiness vs. women's happiness, -average spending by gender (you know women love the "pay gap" argument, but, don't…

"What's mine is mine; what's yours is OURS." "Rules for thee, but, not for me." I'll let you ladies have your double standards when you decide to act like traditional women again - not this strong, empowered, independent boss b!+ch who don't need no man. I already got one boss at work that I actually benefit from in the form of a paycheck. The boss at home? A leech and a liability. No thanks.

It's called consequence, not punishment. But because a woman was irresponsible and gambled on sex and pregnancy and lost, she gets a right to throw away a person's life to save her own skin? Absolutely not. Abortion should be a no choice tragedy, not an option because of poor decision making. The only ones thinking it's a punishment is anyone who thinks that people should be exempt from being an adult.

Not sure who downvoted you. All I've read in your post is factual and common sense. I guess they don't like having to look in the mirror.

I'm personally laughing after seeing all of the posts on r/TwoXChromosomes. Accountability is like kryptonite to a good majority of women. On a serious note, what can be said about SA/incestual pregnancies? I've seen numbers anywhere from 3-8%. While it is a minority, it's not something that can be overlooked. I'm just not sure what the right answer to that is. The other 90%+, however, that's their fault and killing a child shouldn't be used to avoid being accountable. Thoughts?

Eh, not a drinker myself, so I'll settle for a pint of pro-choice tears.

Personally, I'm laughing. They made the choice to gamble on sex and crapped out. Now they want to dodge responsibility? "Uphold Roe? HELL NO!" Men don't get to dodge out of responsibility for their choices. Why should you?

"I'm not accusing all women of false accusations towards men. I'm holding THIS PERSON accountable for for telling lies against their FORMER SPOUSE for personal gain." Yay pronouns.

That's what I meant by they want more. What they don't understand is that it will never be enough. Someone will be superior to someone in some way shape or form. The only way to truly be equal is to strip away individualism. Long story short: socialism is a construct of feminism. Longer story short: feminism sucks. :(

Isn't that what they're doing now? Only now that women have equal rights (as they requested), it's still not enough. What HAS changed is that they got what they first wanted, but, still demand more.

I think the proper practice of law is "innocent until proven guilty." It should never be the other way around and should never be ignored because of a person's gender, race, or anything of the like.

Eh...they're just people. I wouldn't think much about how they go about their lives. If it's no bother, then, there's nothing to worry about. I'm certain you're doing fine.

Exactly. It forces both sides to think twice before hooking up. It's nothing new for men, but, at least now, women would be in the same boat of accountability.

I know this is a womens subject, but, I would imagine this should only DISCOURAGE promiscuity and sexual recklessness. In terms of what this means for men, it's a good warning to use caution about hooking up. The responsibility of not getting baby trapped now lies on both men AND women.

I'm really glad seeing how many people now understand that men can be victims as well just from this trial has revealed. Win or lose, Johnny has already gotten the information he wanted out to the public. Hopefully, this will allow for bigger swings for men's rights in the future.

That's under the assumption they know how to objectively look at themselves. I do agree, there's no need to rouse the hornet's nest. Just laugh to yourself and move on.

I'm incredibly deep into the RP rabbit hole and am currently in a state where I can't trust ANY woman. I've told myself recently to never give your emotions to a woman; one bad day or heated argument and they'll attack you relentlessly. They don't need the extra ammunition. I really don't want to think like this, so, I'll continue to be respectful regardless of who it is. There's a balance somewhere; I just need to find it.

It's a bittersweet thing. Being strong and independent is great until it's not beneficial. Time to be strong, ladies. Downside is you're dragging women who want nothing to do with being "empowered" along with them. It's just very frustrating watching people in general dodge accountability; now everyone is getting tied up in the mess.

In the r/AmITheAsshole subreddit, I feel like this would be labeled as "everyone's an asshole." You don't fix a wrong by committing another wrong. If eye for an eye was enforced, nobody would have the ability to see.

I wondered if passing a law that would allow for men to refuse to sign a birth certificate would be good. The counter-argument would be that it gives men the unfair right to dodge responsibility, but, this puts the emphasis on women to be far less reckless. Honestly, women's accountability in general isn't being promoted at all. Thoughts?

I left that subreddit years ago. Good to see I'm not missing anything.
