I do, personally I think that prison should be for reform/rehabilitation rather than punishment. As for the social aspect, men also have to deal with rights to their bodies and large amounts of physical violence. As for the hypothetical draft, it's less that a draft could happen and more that men are forced to sign up for the draft to have any rights that women have regardless.

I'm not taking social issues into account for men. Women have all the rights of men, woth none of the obligations. Men have to sign up for the draft to vote, or go to college, or have a government job. Women don't. Men serve longer sentences for the same crime. Men are far more likely to be on death row for the same crime. Like what are we doing here?

If a recorded person consents and there are no parties who don't consent, it would be perfectly fine. As for recording a crime, I would assume it would be inadmissable just like any other illegal gotten evidence. The whole reason it's illegal is because of expectation of privacy, the same goes for hotel rooms and bedrooms.

The argument is that all the states should have a relatively equal say in sho becomes president. It's not land that's voting, nor is it people who count. It's states that are voting and their actual population matters much less under the ec to preserve equality between the states. CA and NY still hold more pull than other states, but to a lesser degree than they would if it were a popular vote. The EC is essentially an easy way to avoid war.
