I agree. A lot of guys are nervous around women and it shows. If you acted with the same confidence around her as you would with say... your best friend, you'll come off more naturally which is attractive to her. That's what she means when she says "just be yourself".

Still debating yourself I see. Where have I once claimed that men make more than women as an aggregate? I'm talking about for THE. SAME. JOB. By the way, both of those links cite the same study. From your article: "The AAUW notes that part of the new 6.6-cent wage-gap may be owed to women's supposedly inferior negotiating skill" Not only does this ADMIT there is a wage difference which you claim doesn't exist, but then goes on to make a sweeping, unverifiable assumption.
