There are contemporanious text messages and witnesses to support her accounting of events. That isn't proof but it is strong evidence she didnt make up the allegations last week. So that means if the allegations are false she made them up 5 years ago but didn't make them to law enforcement or public in a manner that would hurt him which is odd behaviour for false allegations. That is why her account is considered credible.

Yeah that's urban warfare. The way Hamas fights looks exactly like random people moving around you parameter. You can wait to positively ID them as armed combatants by waiting for them to attack your position or you can just assume anyone approaching is a combatant and neutralize the threat. Reminder the the "sex positive" movement is about giving women permission to cheat on their partner. It is about removing sexual intimacy from the calculation of committed relationships. It has nothing whatsoever to do with having a positive attitude toward sex.
