The issue of high crime rates among minorities is well documented. There are well documented problems amongst that demographic. (x-post from /r/WTF) I think if a man is so drunk he's unable to make a judgement on whether he wants to have sex or not (as this is a pretty basic decision), he's too drunk to get it up. Alcohol has that effect on them. As a feminist, and also as someone who's had their fair share of coyote ugly moments, getting leathered and falling into bed with someone who I'll regret for few days and then forget about anyway is not tantamount to rape- just poor decision making on my part.
