You pretty much nailed it, the internet is mostly dead now, theres only bots pushing narratives and npcs taking what ever narrative is being pushed at face value. Reality is not what we see online for the most part.

I just read whatever this was, it wasn't for sure an article or even anything written with a semblance of intelligence and I dont see the point of it, it just seems to be rage bait to create engagement.

I wouldnt go so far, its just a company trying to make changes to increase their bottom line. Not all women care about height, just like all men dont care about ass size or any other body part.

I feel like any talk about mens mental health in a online space is a waste, because it always ends up like this. Dumb people saying dumb shit and creating a hatred, We need to try and bring these kinds of talk to real people outside this online bubble.

1) The baby isn't understanding the situation or the explanation. 2) The emotional detachment she is displaying in this clip is heavily distressing to the baby. That's a dogshit mother.

That's debatable. They aren't dismissing your point to win the argument, they are flatout refusing to entertain a conversation altogether. So, "I care about being right, I have this ammo on you, I am going to use it to discredit your point." would be it. However, this post specifically mentions "shutting down conversation." So, "I don't care about what you have to say, I am right, you're just an incel." That's an insult from a narrow-minded person.
/r/MensRights11/01/23 11:32 AM

You didn't, you just insulted me. We are still talking about the same thing. But since you don't seem to bright, I'll explain it further. There is a difference between steering the conversation away, and dismissing an argument. You can give up on the debate, and insult your opponent.. that's just a petty exit strategy. An Ad Hominem, however, is trying to gain an advantage in the debate by focusing on an irrelevant detail. Like, if I said: The fuck can you tell me about logical fallacies, you ca…
/r/MensRights29/10/22 08:27 PM

It's not exactly it, no. An Ad Hominem is when you use a characteristic of your opponent to discredit what they are saying. For example, saying, "You can't speak on women, you're a man. You're probably a sexist pig anyway. I bet you cheat on your wife too." What calling someone an "incel" is, isn't "steering away from the point of conversation".. it's just an insult.

That's an interesting take, and I am inclined to agree. How do you notice that on the first date though, if you don't mind me asking? I guess by how all of her exes were pieces of shit who treated her like trash, right?

The problem with that point is that women who aren't extremist in their stances refuse to call themselves feminists. That's the point. There is a group of women who took the word for themselves, and rejected the more reasonable of their kind.. so now, feminist means modern feminism. While the others are.. women's rights activists, I guess.

I hope this dude becomes independent as soon as possible, so that he can leave those pieces of shit parents he has behind and start over. Don't care if he really thought he was guilty, the girl must have not had any proof on her, and he still had him arrested and expelled. This guy and his wife don't deserve to be parents.
/r/MensRights21/10/22 08:23 AM

I can expand on what the guy in that thread probably meant. Or at least, what a lot of people mean when they have a similar opinion. Denying a gay couple the chance of adopting a kid just because of the fact that they are both men, it's homophobic. There is no doubt about that. With that being said, it's true that kids need both a model of feminine traits, and a model of masculine traits. Masculine traits being assertiveness, competence, and so on, and feminine traits being compassion, social sk…

So, you've answered your own question. You met someone who is a homophobe, and also happens to care about men rights. It's not fucking science. MRA isn't an all-inclusive community. We are different people, from different backgrounds, different religions, different family situations, and different believes who have one thing in common. One thing alone.. They care about men rights. Most people here would not be bothered by your sexuality, honestly.. And I am one of them. But if you are here looki…

These people think we are fucking robots. They think we can just flip a switch and disable testosterone, motion perception, and distracting thoughts. It's so annoying. It feels like there is an absolute unwillingness to collaborate between the sexes but it comes from one side alone. Everything men do is wrong and we need to change it, even if we have no control over it.. just so that women can dress however they want and do whatever the fuck they want.

Maybe it was a big assumption that they were the type that show the bottom of their asses, which I never made, btw. I meant the type of short shorts that cover as much as a man's boxers do. And I don't mean loose big boxers, I mean the tight stretchy ones. And to the point of "not sexualizing" you're asking for a level of control that is impossible. You're demanding for men to take control over your own chemicals. It's not fair. I can't program my brain to look at a woman who is showing skin and…

Why is your mind going into such cartoonish places? Nobody talked about tightly fitting clothing, we are about a lack of thereof. Also nobody is saying that men would go nuts, pull their dicks out and start slapping them on the girls' faces. We are talking about being distracted the same way someone listening to music in their earphones too loudly distracts you. Or if someone kept twitching their legs on a shared desk. Also the problem with that attire isn't that it's tightly fitting, it's that …

What do you mean "her co-workers shouldn't be distracted"? People don't keep 100% of their attention on their work, it's impossible.. or they wouldn't notice anything happening aside from their work. What if a fire started? You shouldn't be distracted by people screaming? you shouldn't be distracted by the smoke? you shouldn't be distracted while on fire? The fuck. People are distracted by something, and whether that something belongs or not in the place of work is what tips the scale between, "…

To be fair, I don't think anyone's paying for that. Sure, she might have gotten a 50 dollar deposit, but I don't believe there is anyone paying 2500$ as tax for a bad date. I don't think people are that desperate, and if they were, she wouldn't even go on dates with them.

Then you ain't got no real friends buddy.. I honestly could not tell how many times I got a ball tap from my friends since I was a kid, or did it myself. Probably could find you a hundred thousand videos with friends hitting each other's balls as a game.. At this point you're just in denial.

They are tapping their brothers' / bfs' balls.. men do it all the time to each other as a joke. You can do this crusade the moment these girls claim assault when their boyfriends smack their asses, but until then.. you can perhaps chill a little? There is even a clip in there where the guy hits the girl before the girl hits him.. and she laughs it off. Making something serious out of an innocent joke is what feminists do.

I disagree, but that's also what I've said. Sometimes a "voluntary change" is enforced upon a person, like acting more mature due to a pregnancy, or stuff like that. You don't really have a choice but to change, or you'll get dropped like a hot potato in a matter of minutes. Let's not pretend that our personalities are like our appearance, where everybody has one and can't change it, therefore they are perfect as they are. Our personality and habits change constantly throughout our lives, and mo…

Nah I think you've missed the point.. Change is inevitable if you decide to be with someone for the rest of your life. The point of this post was to "normalize change as something necessary on both sides", not to "criticize change on men's side". Everybody can and should make adjustments on themselves if the partner is worth it.. it's just that women need to stop demanding change from their men, and feeling like victims if they feel like their men would like them to change.

Imagine stabbing someone 193 times. She even tied him up in bed, and went on for what I'd assume is several minutes of stabbing. What could possibly excuse her from spending her life in prison? EDIT: There is also a similar case, the Scott Peterson one, where the husband is guilty of killing his wife, but the court is taking a second look at the sentence. Honestly, I wouldn't want either him or this bitch to go free, but I guess we'll see if there is bias.

It's not illegal. It's a private company, and they can differentiate price and service however they want. The reason why they do this, however, is either to discourage a portion of the men from joining, or to encourage more women. I'd assume women are a fractions of the number of people who join. I don't see it differently from pubs making women pay less to avoid sausage fests 24/7.

It's not, because she didn't victimize herself for being tall as a woman. She said "I want a tall guy." and SEPARATELY, out of practicality, she said "if you can't handle a tall woman, then don't write to me." Example 1: "How tall are you? I can't date you if you're shorter then me. Oh okay, you're tall.. want to date me? What does my weight have anything to do with it?!" I mean, she didn't set a standard of height only to demand that her match ignores one of her physical flaws. She made her own flaw clear to make sure that those who'll "go for her," will know what they are getting into. I don't think it's hypocritical.. in fact, it seems fair.

No that's actually an important cause, unlike bitching about the exclusivity of a day centered around meaningless vanity.. like mother's day is, or women's day. Had you been angered by important things like funding for men's shelters, then I'd be agreeing with you. However, you do understand that you won't gain social support by acting in a petty way, right? I don't care what your role as a man is. You can be fat, you can be skinny, you can be a body building, unemployed, disabled, emotional, homosexual, transexual or whatever. That's not something that matters to me. But we aren't women. We aren't given free support left and right. What we have on our side, which is what makes us men, is the ability to roll up our sleeves and take the fight head on. Then go ahead. Turn into the male version of a feminazi. I don't care. I am used to push for important shit not with men like you, but through men like you. One day maybe you'll understand that this isn't a reddit posts war, but a real fight for fair and equal human rights, and you'll actually join the good cause. Until then, goodbye.

I am sure that you can understand that every major play is hindered by minor unnecessary actions. You fussing about a fucking insignificant recurrence in front of the world is what causes us not to be taken seriously when an MRA group tries to help good men get custody over their children, or when we plea innocence to a false rape accusation. Don't be mistaken, people like you are the reason why MRA is a synonym as Incels. You are the one who doesn't care about men.. just your petty small shitty…

You have no backbone. You have no patience. You don't have a reliable sense of priority. Your actions are dictated by feelings and anger which, instead of leading you on the track that, some day, will bring us all to equal rights and being respected as men.. leads you to an interminable series of petty internet fights with petty feminists over some petty shit. Act like a fucking man you fucking idiot. For once in your goddamn fucking life.

There is an adults table where the real problems are being discussed. The day you'll chose to stop pestering the little girl at the kid's table because she has more juice than you, we'll talk. Until then.. this discussion is over.

I am not trying to become a woman. I don't want my feelings to be catered, I don't want my annual dose of vanity to be satisfied.. I want the respect that my actions should garner, and I want the same rights as every other human being. I know this sounds very obvious, and probably off topic, but the reason I've said this, is because as a man, I know that there is shit that should not bother me. I'd rather live my life as a good father and be appreciated for that, than having a day dedicated to satisfy my vanity. There is a point in time where you've lost what it means to be a man, and I don't mean it as an offence. I am saddened by it.. that those who call themselves male rights activists focus on petty battles like making sure that no woman is ever appreciated on father's day. You have no idea how disappointing it is for me.
/r/MensRights22/06/20 03:13 PM

There is this side of this movement.. this bitter side that lives to police the line between men and women. They pick petty battles to fight like making sure that nobody thanks a woman during father's day.. but ignore the real problems that affect us as men. I would give up father's day for any of the important stuff in the blink of an eye. For not wanting recognition for the times you choose help, for still having your loved ones at the center of your world.. you are a good father every day.

Man.. Do whatever you want. All I want to say is please, please, PLEASE.. stop turning us male rights activists into crazy feminazis straight from the hell of late 2016. As men we need to be fifty times as careful when picking our battles, because as men, people don't give a fuck about our struggles. I don't think anyone would care.. but thanking your parents for raising you shouldn't be a tradition of a recurrence. It should be a genuine sentiment. Try to put yourself in the shoes of a kid who has no mother, and it's mother's day.. As a kid you are not pragmatic enough to simply ignore this recurrence.. Instead, you say "fuck it. My dad is just as good as two parents. I will thank him regardless for raising me." If I was the father in this situation I would fucking love that.. ngl.

Actually yes. I actually find it very sweet that a kid would thank his father in the day he was supposed to thank his mother, because he took the job of both father and mother. I have absolutely no problem with that.

I have absolutely no problem with this. If children with a single parent want to thank their only parent for doing the job that their missing parent did not have the balls to do, then go for it. This isn't like the "IT'S fatHER's DAY" bullshit.. This is more of a.. "fuck absentee dads, and big ups to single moms." type message.. which works both ways. There is a drastic difference between "feminism is full of shit" and "all feminists are shit." Do you need me to explain the difference? Alright. The difference is that attacking the modern concept of feminism means attacking the shit beliefs they have, while attacking all feminists would mean attacking even those who actually believe in equality, but were unlucky enough to have to share the term with the dumb asses that today call themselves feminists. BIG difference. That comic is an attack to…

First of all, that's trivial. Secondly, I can't stand this "women bosses are bitchy and men are first level chads." Nobody thinks of their boss like that. An annoying boss is an annoying boss regardless of the gender. If you've been called a bitch as a female boss, then maybe you should question your leading skills, instead of regretting not having a dick, because I assure you there ain't no man who is considered an asshole by their workers that wishes he was a woman.

That's because "toxic masculinity" is a term created by women who don't understand the nature of men. For example, it's toxic for men to stay and watch two kids play rough until things get serious, because we know that that is how young men play. The implication that the terms Toxic masculinity carries, is the fact that there is something toxic in undefined masculine behaviors. And no shit, every behavior has a toxic side, no matter if male, female, trans, kids, old people or whatever. However, …

Where exactly in this comment thread do you see MRAs make blanket statements implying feminists are shit? Those 3 comments embody the most positive way someone has reacted to a slight from a group with opposing views in human history. I mean, " Look at the positive side. Now I am not saying that if she made a mistake, then she is at fault.. after all errors happen, and in the eyes of a prosecutor if you can't prove your innocence is because you are guilty, but I often see people give 100% of their sympathy to women who have been harassed or catcalled, not even flat out assaulted, and then when it's a man they don't give a shit because "it's worth it as long as a bigger number of guilty people get convicted." That's just sad to me.

To be honest, I don't think being raped is any worse than what the guy has been through. If anything, I believe that being falsely accused it's a hundred times worse, because not only did he have his life ruined, but wasted away while he was stuck in a cell thinking of how unfair all of that was. It's also common courtesy to not hold on to a person you don't know, when they are not in harm's way anymore. This seems exactly like would have, should have, and happened.
