So in general humans have evolved to avoid being under a cognitive overload. Because our brains prefer to not have an overload, people essentially categorize and label things consciously or subconsciously. So next time you talk about a certain topic or see something, you immediately go to that “file” in your brain that makes it easy for you to understand.
