2	If you're just starting to lift, don't sweat the details. Have you tried a more periodized program like 5/3/1? I did it for a 12 week cycle and my squat went from 200 to 295. 2	On a daily basis I get a shitload of eye contact with girls... BUT?! I wouldn't obsess over getting eye contact. It may mean something, and you'll only ever know that if you go and talk to them.
