I'm Hispanic and would love for my job to be drinking and wearing a poncho.

She claimed to have been kneed in the face repeatedly four days before and doesn't even have a single bruise?! Bull shit.

Based on my own experience if having a penis, when your balls shrivel but your penis doesn't, your penis sits on a pillow of nuts and juts out like that.

I think comparing the KKK to the NAZIS is a much more outlandish hyperbole.

Oh okay. That's easy enough. Makes sense too. I was actually thinking about how I hope people wouldn't brigade this (not that I expected much attention). I'll be sure to do that in the future. :)

Sorry, I saw that rule but I don't know what it means.

I'm really not surprised at all. I've often wondered why they even find the need to associate with atheism when the subreddit rarely even discuses atheism. I was especially taken aback by their passing the burden of proof on to me when they make a claim. I'm not at all upset that I got banned.

I'm an atheist, though I was never a big fan of atheism+ but I'm subscribed to a lot of subreddits that I don't really like.

I can't think of anything either, but I can't rule it out.

My first thought was how the only mention of the person who falsely accused him was protecting her form blame. It doesn't even give a good reason to warrant her innocence, although I couldn't say it would be impossible for her to have one.

I'd never heard of PUAHate before, but after seeing it in the article and checking it out I don't know exactly why people would link it with MRA?! Plus, it's only a blip of a subreddit. On top of that, the comment section on the "Will American women become nicer after today’s attempt?" consists of people calling both the shooter and OP a loser. What a BS article.

I actually got into Men's Rights because I had a great mother. Even 15 years ago me and her would discuss men's issues, especially in relation to their children. I've been accused of being brain washed by a hate group (this one) and that I should lay off reddit, which made me pretty furious since I didn't join this community because I was brainwashed, I joined this community because I grew up understanding that EVERY group of people have their own special issues that are just as in need of discu…

Yeah, it focuses more on what feminism has to say about it than trying to correct the actual misconception.

If they wanted equality, yes. But since they are more interested in perpetuating women as victims, no.

The new thing on my Facebook feed is to post these semi sexist, 'empowering' messages over images of Betty Boop.... I don't get it.

Last time I did, I got a 3 hour projection of her feelings onto me, and accusations that I push everyone away.

Yeah, I'm looking for statistics, not conjecture.

90% are middle class suburban white dudes? Are there any good statistics on MRAs?

I've written off TED since I first saw it. Just a bunch of people talking about how cool they think they are.

Am I the only one who doesn't really find this sexist? I mean, it doesn't even say it's because of men, or even rape (which would have implied men to most people).

I read something on here a while ago claiming that the reason that there weren't a lot of woman in IT and other technical fields was because they had more opportunities than men.

It mentioned the threat of physical harm from feminists in Toronto and Vancouver. Details?

This seems more like a list of things that logically come from feminist view points, but are still not what feminists usually agree with.
