Is this required to be surmised? Isn't this just scientific fact?

There would be about an eighth as many human beings as there are now.

No info as to why funding was cut. The cynical side in me believes it was cut because it would eat into the profits. Male birth control = less humans overall. Less humans = less people paying into the Healthcare machine. Less people paying into the Healthcare machine = less profits as older people get sicker. I have a strong feeling that if female birth control didn't exist beforehand, it would not be funded today. It was just made in 1950 before the medical system became completely corrupt. I h…

There was solid research on this one form of male birth control. It was some kind of gel or paste that was injected into the scrotum that physically prevented sperm from escaping. It was supposed to last for years. It had good results, but funding was cut. Hmm. Even if you're right though, and a lot of guys still wouldn't use it, it would still help unwanted pregnancies. And give men more options to be responsible.

I think it goes hand in hand with lived experience. The majority of women learn to be deeply solipsistic because they have no reason to be otherwise. Load up an app and you're flooded with messages and matches within hours. Too many to deal with. Even unattractive women get tons of matches. Women are approached a lot. Women are given lots of attention since the day they are born. Why wouldn't they be solipsistic? They get endless forms of validation both online and offline as long as they are at…

Any sway or presumption of good intent is immediately thrown out the window when you start insulting people.

Punctuation is your friend
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 06:41 PM

So, basically, your mind is closed to the topic and there's no further purpose in talking to you about it? Every point you make has is just to shut down the opposite point of view and validate your own thoughts and struggles.

I could debate you, but this thread is about how normals view men's issues, not women's. What's your actual point that isn't off topic?

Obviously women can look after themselves. They're still adult human beings. What's the point of this?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 09:09 PM

Women cannot be baby trapped from a legal perspective. They always have a choice to abort. Even if that now means crossing state lines. They still have the legal choice. Men have no legal choice at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 09:08 PM
1

That's the whole point. Whether people want to admit it or nor, women ARE hypergamous. So are men, but in a different non-economically based way. Most women would rather be single than be with a man they deem to be less than them economically or socially. Yes some women don't care, but they are in the minority. So even if things were equalized, women still would not want a man they are equal to. It is what it is. You can't really even be mad at them, since we can't change our nature's. Just like…

Most are, for sure. And also, when confronted about it, they refuse to believe it, don't care at all (the usual reaction), act like its a good thing and "it's about time men suffered," or just find it funny.

Maybe. But I'm of the opinion that Thanos was correct (not the forced reduction in population, but just in general). The world would be a significantly better place to live if 50% of humanity were gone. It would be unsustainable under our current capitalistic systems, but that's built solely on the idea of exponential growth, which was never realistic (and it's why we're almost approaching end-stage capitalism in the USA). The transition of a population crash would be absolutely terrible and dif…

True. But pay close attention to the data. The amount of childless men has been increasing quickly, and is really on the rise. The problem is it takes 25 years to see the results due to the human reproduction cycle. It's going to be closer to 50% in another 25 years. Or at least amongst western population models. Pretty much eevr6 country on earth is experiencing major population crashes with the exception of Latin countries, African countries, and India. Even China is feeling the crash.

Male birth control that serves as a physical blocker rather than a hormonal one. That would cut down on the fatherlessness to a huge amount and end accidental pregnancies, and for the men that don't get it who don't want to be fathers, then shame on them and they deserve to be stuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 08:03 PM

3 is completely and utterly false. Most men would be absolutely thrilled to get similar sexual attention from women like women get from men. And #5 is way harder than you think it is. It's much easier to be fit and use makeup to make yourself more attractive than it is to work on your income (which takes a lifetime of hard work and dedication).
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:56 PM

Wrong. The Red Pill teaches you how to get a woman. The Blue Pill teaches you how to keep her.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:52 PM

Yeah sure. But you don't even get to the second stage without embracing the fundamental nature of it all which the Red Pill provides. It's not good for the second phase, but you can't even get to that second phase without it unless your extremely good looking.

I wish I could give you an award to this. This is very much reality and we aren't going to be changing it any time soon.

The majority of women will never be the initiators. It just isn't going to happen. No matter how socially progressive we become as a species, there is no way to overcome certain factors. Just as humans aren't going to evolve wings, the majority of women will never be initiators. It simply will not happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:46 PM

For the majority of men who aren't in the top 20% of physical attractiveness, dating apps are already unusable anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:44 PM
1

Because a large percentage of women are attracted to "bad boys" and refuse to admit it. Not all women, but a large percentage of them are. And those that are attracted to it very rarely actually grow out of it, they just settle for someone they aren't attracted to. But you can't really blame them for it for the same reason you can't blame men for being attracted to a narrow waist, round hips, and breasts. It just is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:43 PM

Creepiness is ABSOKUTELY MEANINGLESS in the current age. Yes there is genuinely creepy behavior from men, but the VAST majority of reported "creepy behavior" is just hysterics and immaturity. I've been called creepy for eating ice cream from a cone in public. I've been called.creepy for walking my dog in a public park. I've been called creepy for reaching around a very rude woman who was blocking the apples at the grocery store for 10 minutes on the phone. I've even stopped listening or sympathi…

You mean fewer and fewer fathers as the population continues to crash all across the western world and Asia whose populations would have already crashed without immigration (in the USA at least) with birth rates continue to plummet at staggering rates?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:35 PM

I wish I had the tools to discover the tenants of the red pill when I was younger. But it was a different world. Discovering the truth of human behavior (of both men and women) and getting over the "red pill rage" at an early age is very healthy in my opinion. But I wish there was a way to discover it all without being sucked into the whirlpool of toxic internet spaces. Double edged sword I have no solution for.

If male birth control became a physical blocker (there was such hopes for this too, it was effective but funding was pulled... hmm) without a hormonal component it would be an absolute game changer. No more baby trapping, no more women being able to live off the state, etc. It would result in a HUGE population decline, but it would also equalize the legal power of the family courts, alimony, child support. I think it would be a huge net positive for both men and women. Plus, it would keep men ac…

In my experience women are extremely bad at communicating with men in this very specific way. They flirt with men in a very different way, and it's a way that most men are simply not calibrated to detect. This is true across multiple cultures, ages, and time periods.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/23 07:21 PM
1

I don't know. But the vast, VAST majority of women I have known in my life of 40+ years is that the majority of women are simply not attracted to average men. Sure they will settle for them eventually, but that doesn't mean they're inherently attracted to them. Yes it's anecdotal evidence, but I'm much older and seen a lot more than the average Reddit user and I can confirm this. Anecdotally speaking that is.

Wow. It sounds like you live a life many can only dream of. What an amazing life hot guys get to have. I am an ugly guy with an ugly face and an ugly body shape. I'm not even fat. I just have really unfortunate genetic features. I've looksmaxed like hell, even using professionals, and I'm barely a 4, maybe a 5, when putting my all into it. You live a life 90% of men will never experience. I hope you enjoy it.

Pro tip: you won't find your match "randomly." That only happens to women and extremely handsome men. Otherwise that's just in the movies. It takes a dedicated effort, playing the numbers, and not letting constant rejections get you down. I mean, it's statistically possible, but just know it's a very long shot. Just be prepared that it's unlikely to randomly happen.

Well I'm not sure that's entirely true. I think a lot of men do put a fair amount of energy into looking good. But the results just aren't very noticeable. I mean, what can the guy do? Change his hair (head and facial) and bulk up. There's not a lot of room for visible artifical improvements. Women on the other hand have a much wider variety of options. I'm not saying thats a good or bad thing. In many ways it's a raw deal for women. But I'm not entirely convinced most men don't even try. You wo…

I do feel bad for her. Reading her stuff, she is clearly traumatized. Fat be it from me.yo try to minimize other peoples legitimate trauma and issues, but her ultimate conclusions are pretty messed up. I hope it goes better for her in the future. In the meantime, most users of this subreddit are pretty fractured and broken people, so it's not uncommon.

Yeah this is some grade A bull crap there. I am taller than my partner by quite a bit. I am still taller than her in 6 inch heels. Yet she doesn't wear them because it makes her feel less attracted to me because now I'm not towering over her. It's fine if she doesn't want to wear them, but her reasoning is grade A bull crap.

Well, you know, the vast majority of people who frequent this sub are broken people, men and women. You're not going to find factual and unbiased opinions here. Inceldom is definitely on the rise for sure. But honestly, I think it has much less to do with women, or even men, than it does our end stage capitalism culture and especiall6 social media and the halo effect en masse.

Anyone who gets married without both a prenuptial agreement AND a postnuptial agreement is setting themselves up for a bad end.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/22 09:49 PM
1

Yeah, sorry. But I'm older than most Redditors and been around the block for a while. Women absolutely care about men's heights, especially being over 6 feet. A lifetime of observational experience actually observing what women do, rather than what they say, says this is BS. Women ABSOLUTELY care, whether they claim it or not. And that's fine. Women can care about what they want to care about. No problem there. But the ENDLESS gaslighting about it has grown so tiresome.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 02:18 PM

There's absolutely a genetic basis in regards to weight. It can be controlled and managed despite your genetics, but genetics definitely pay a huge component. It's not an excuse for obesity, but to say there's no genetic component is just inaccurate.

Very few women, despite what they might tell you, can be sti ulates by the male body. They require a holistic examination. It suck, but that's just nature. It's another reason why online dating absolutely sucks for men.

Unless a man is absolutely incredibly hot, if he goes in with that dorm of brutal truth up front (even if it was about just that woman "look, I just want sex and that's it") he better be prepared to never have sex again.

I hate to say it, but I think this is absolutely true. The very fact that this sub exists shows it breaks a lot of men too, but I think women on average wouldn't be able to handle the feelings of hatred against them or overwhelming isolation. But I have no data for this.

I couldn't disagree more. I 100% believe in financial abortions. But even more than thay, I 100% support male contraceptives, especially physical blockers. There was a lot of progress on a physical semen blocker that could be dissolved later, but funding was pulled when insurance company's got too concerned about their profits. If safe male contraceptives were available then the problems solve themselves.

It's hard to say. I'm an odd duck. I have a very ugly body shape for a man. It's very unfortunate from a genetic standpoint. My face is nothing to write home about either. Some people like it, but not too many. Meanwhile, my partner is an absolutely gorgeous woman, going several orders of magnitude above me in terms of "league." I've has this happened to me. A woman I chased for years (and trwated her like a queen while she was always aloof and standofish to me and openly fickle) got pregnant and used, and dumped. She came crawling to me after that happened. I had sex with her once and bailed after that. This was when I was like 22, a very very long time ago. The women acting like this doesn't happen have no idea how common this crap is.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/22 06:47 PM

The only solution I see is dissolution of social media and dating apps. But that's not going to happen so I don't think there is a solution. Sexlessness will rose, births (among non-immigrants) will continue to plummet, and people will grow increasingly miserable and fragmented. It can't be fixed. Instead, all you can do is focus on finding your own happiness when and where you can.

I would lie about my knowledge of the red pill. You talk about this stuff offline and are absolutely destroyed. No f'ing way. I've had red pill discussions with other men before and it was very obvious we were in agreement on things, but were too scared to talk about it openly.

I think a lot of men will indeed get robots. But deep down we all truly know they wouldn't be fulfilling as a relationship with a real human, way down inside of our instincts. We can do amazing things, but we can't stop being human. But it will be better than nothing and I think a not insignificant amount of men will ultimately settle for that. It will never be the majority of men. Ever. But it will be a huge minority. Maybe like 35%.

This is the real and honest answer. The vast majority of men will NEVER get an IOI. If you're average or below average in terms of looks, it will never happen. Ever. If you're waiting for women to make the first move and aren't extremely handsome you will be waiting forever.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 10:02 PM

My advice is to cold approach women constantly. Keep doing it over and over. Talking to women is a skill like anything else. The only way to get better at a skill is to practice.

Bro, don't even try to understand. The fact is there are some things that men and women simply will never see eye to eye on. As long as you aren't disrespectful, don't approach someone who obviously doesn't want to be approached, and back off immediately when they clearly don't like it, you're doing nothing wrong. Who cares if they don't like it. Do you like having a near 0% chance with online dating? I'll take a 5% chance in real life approaches rather than a 0% chance online. Even …

"Just be yourself" is horrendous advice. Absolutely horrendous. Better advice, and advice that actually works, is to get to know yourself. Understand your thought cycles. Understand your patterns. And be real with yourself. Once you can objectively understand who you are, and be real about it, you can begin making small little improvements here and there. You won't be able to change your personality. Very, very few can actually do that. But you can min/max your way into being a person others wan…

I've been called creepy for walking my dog in the park because I didn't have a kid with me. I've been called.creepy for eating ice cream from a cone in public. I've been called creepy for reaching around an obnoxiously rude woman who was blocking the apples at the grocery store. I've been called creepy for just existing. 🙄 Women are the boy who cried wolf at this point. Which is a real shame, because rhe genuine creeps out there get to blend in easier.

I don't even bother to listen to women anymore when they describe a guy as "creepy." The word has lost all meaning. I don't even believe women any more because they dramatically overuse the word to absurd degrees. A dude sitting a bench in public minding his own business? Creepy. A guy walk to his car in the parking lot by himself. Creepy. Etc.

This is definitely true. As a long term committed person myself, after 12 years even the tiniest annoyances build up. It takes a LOT of work to make a long term relationship work. I honestly don't think most people these days can do it, and I don't mean that derisively. It can very easily begin to provide diminishing returns if yoy don't work at it. I can seriously see a case for going your own way and just giving up. Legitimately I don't think humans were designed for long term monogamy one way…

Women have reported rhe same things when they have to go on testosterone for whatever reason (and there are lots of medical reasons a woman might go on testosterone for a short time - this is excluding trans folks, I'm talking temporary hormones here) they report the exact same thing. If you want to get that semantic about it, then I guess I say there are no such things. But in actual reality when people say "platonic" they just mean two people who are freinds that aren't physical with one another. I don't think 2 cis heterosexual people are ever platonic freinds with one another if at least one party doesn't mildly have the hots for the other. I hate to be an elitist jackass, but it very strongly depends on which part of the country (USA) you're in. Right now I'm visiting family in the Midwest and maybe 1 woman out out of 50 is even remotely attractive. In the bigger cities and more urban environments it rises dramatically. Maybe about 1/2 of the women I see are attractive.

Okay, then by that logic it is the women's fault if they cut and run at the smallest issue because they can. It isn't necessarily the blame game though. I'd probably do the same thing. But by your own logic then it is the women's fault for being so flightly at even the tiniest hint of a problem, just because they can. You have successfully convinced me that it isn't a team sport to lose. Just one sided. Lol.

Being emotionally vulnerable with women is one of the biggest mistakes a man can make. The only time it's acceptable is a major life trauma, such as your mother dying or having a tragic illness diagnosis. Etc. This isn't really advice per se, but a major lesson learned that could potentially be applied to dating. If there is one thing life has taught me is that you won't find happiness from someone else. Even the best partner on earth won't make you happy if you aren't already happy with yourself. It's a fallacy to think you'll be happy once you find a partner. It might help, temporarily, but it will not make you happy long term. That comes solely from within.

But the juice isn't worth the squeeze to try again. Don't get me wrong. I love her dearly and will keep her as long as I can, and I'm not saying relationships are bad. But really, they do provide diminishing returns the longer they go on. And they requir…

I take it more seriously here than in real life. You can't even begin to remotely touch these topics in reality without a mob of people wanting your blood (metaphorically speaking that is). So I guess I have to take it more seriously here. Not that I take it all that seriously to begin with. People just plain suck. I was a much happier person before the internet existed. People still royally sucked, but at least there was the illusion of human beings being worthwhile.

Bro, who cares if women don't want to be approached cold any more? Do it anyway and who cares if they don't like it. As long as you are respectful and back off when they clearly aren't interested, I don't care if they don't like it. I don't like having 0% online dating, either I'll take a 5% chance cold open any day than a 0% chance online. And I'm mildly inconvenience them? Psh. They can not like it as much as they want, but when it's your only and best option yoy do what ya gotta do.

Nothing specific, but a perfect date would be anything where we both have a lot of fun with no drama. While in reality I would have no expectation of sex, if it were a perfect date it would also end with sex later that night.

Mostly because they don't want to accept the reality that men's issues exist and are really very difficult for men. But they have been gaslit and had so much smoke blown up their @$$, and also due to an overall lack of empathy for males, they are deeply solipsistic about it. On the other hand, most of the men in this forum are also really messed up. So really most people on PPD are nuts. Lol

That's really sad if marriage is reduced even further as a political meanuver for immigration. To be clear, it isn't sad that people use it for that purpose. But it does show just how awfully antiquated and outdated the institution is as a social control vehicle.

True. Immigration and lack of health shared insurance. But to fair, the former isn't a real issue between men and women causing contention. Generally speaking that is.

I am very hesitant to cry in front of women, even my own partner. Some of it is toxic masculinity, but it's reinforced by a lifetime of experience teaching me that 95% of women will immediately and permanently lose respect for you the instant they see tears in your eyes, unless it is something catastrophic like the death of your mother or something. In a away it's very similar to being a bisexual man and admitting to a woman you bottom. 95% will instantly and permanently lose any interest in you…

Yeah, I disagree. As a much older guy than the average reddit user this is false. People adjusted and negotiated their attractive sense for generations. It's only within the last few decades has rhe western world shoved its head so far up its butt that people just don't want to acknowledge that you can raise and lower what you attracted to, to a surprisingly large degree.

Although I met my current partner before the mass proliferation of swiping apps, an instant swipe left would be a woman with lip or mouth piercings of any kind. If she likes that kind of thing all the more power to her. No judgment from me. But I find them viscerally repulsive and couldn't be with a woman who had them. Shallow? Yeah probably, but I find those sorts of oral piercings so disgusting. It is just a "me thing" I guess.

I cannot advise anyone to get married, especially men, but women too, without extensive legal documentation. With a clause in the prenuptial agreement saying that the marriage will be annulled (not divorced) if the postnuptial agreement isn't signed. For me, if I were to buy one, it would be a fantasy partner for me. No human, if we are truly honest, can ever live up to our fantasies. But likewise, no robot can ever fill that human need to connect to another human (no matter how realistic robots become humans will always long for other humans, it's just part of our psychological makeup). You're being purposefully obtuse. When smartphones entered the scene, social media absolutely exploded, as dod swiping apps. All of this has radically restructured the dating scene to the point in about a decade where it is almost totally unrecognizable to what it was, especially for people aged 35 and younger. 10 to 15 years ago the technology changed, that's all. I think some women DEFINITELY find intelligence to be quite sexy. The key to that is though, if they don't find him physically attractive first, then most women won't be able to see past the physical appearance to the sex intelligence. So it's like a major bonus, but you have to be good looking already for it to even count.

For many, many years I really wished I was gay. Gay people have it so much easier in terms of relationships. I have a (statistically anomalous) high number of gay friends, many of them married, who also say the exact same thing. Many are very thankful they dont have to deal with women. Yeah, it's really messed up. Even many women when they are being very honest will sometimes admit it's real and it is a problem. I don't know what it is. Denying it exists is silly at this point. But as far as I can tell it isn't a social issue or cultural. Women across all ages and cultures get the ick. Often. So it doesn't appear to a learned behavior.
