3	Access denied Airline captain here. I get a call from my flight attendant saying there is a passenger verbally abusing crew and other passengers. We immediately begin discussing diversions with our company dispatch. I have no way of knowing if the passenger will escalate to physical abuse. In the air, there is no room for this bullshit. The second they become physical or attempt to breach the cabin, or especially flight deck, door it’s no question. We land as soon as possible and let police do their thing.
