Only if it interests you or think will benefit from it. Im going to do a masters entrepreneurship, def would benefit me a lot. Travel! Go to southern america/asia/ australia/europe and make a huge ass road trip. Adventure, socialising, experiencing. Or go to somewhere and volunteer at a national park, learn a new language in another country for 2 months. Theres so much possible! Im sparing money to go to buenos aires for partying and patagonia for hiking, also planning on bolivia the shiny salt fields and some jungle. Or learn programming for example and startup a website in your interest whatever.

Well I did some athlean x program, if you eat healthy, lift three times a week and 2 HIIT trainings inbetween your muscles seem to grow and you'll lose fat. Switch to a low carb diet. Start intermittent fasting, stop eating bread rice pasta. Cravings for sweets often indicate high insulin levels which can result in a prediabetic state.
