The thing is - pregnant women get seating priorities because it’s a safety issue. It’s not because their feet hurt. With a big pregnant belly, a persons normal centre of gravy is different and it’s easy to lose balance. If the bus comes to a sudden stop and the woman falls on her belly, the placenta could detach which would kill the baby.
