They could've taken a scalp biopsy to see what your situation was. Hair loss requires dedication but it is treatable. I'm not sure how far gone you are now, but you have nothing to lose by trying out a hair system. Might make your confidence soar if anything by having a natural full head of hair again. I'm guessing you ghosted him? If that was what turned you off you could just let him know that and moved on. Maybe next time he'll reflect on his behavior. Either way, saying I love you early on doesn't necessarily indicate that someone's going to stalk you.
