I’ve noticed the change too, though I’ve stepped back from watching his videos. Which of his books did you find valuable besides The Rational Male? As someone who grew up as a parentified child (always putting others first and myself second, not showing emotion, etc) the idea of prioritizing myself, especially in relationships with women, really resonated with me. I didn't not feel more depressed or angry after them but I already had some awareness of social dynamics and his first book helped me better myself.
