Why hasn't anyone else uplifted this comment yet? I have witnessed the same things an read about it too. My therapist even said that often men usually dont go to get help even when they need it and even when thir loved ones suggest they go. My father is one of them. She said they refuse to look at how they themselves are contributing to issues that are around them-in their family or relationships (so they see it, its seen as someone elses fault only).

I know men who do the same. One of them actually cannot communicate things that have to do with feelings. He doesn't know the words. He isnt good at describing things overall. He is not stupid in other areas though. Just spiritual/emotional/verbal abilities seem to be lacking. He does not see a issue there. He will seem upset/ act angry when in actuality he is something else -let down -afraid -hurt -ashamed Etc Anger is a secondary emotion.
Makes a lot of sense, they are conditioned from a small boy that certain feelings, thoughts and emotions are off limits to express. Thats really sad, small children are somewhat alike, they want to be mirrored back, emphasized with and validated. And when they are, they give all that good to others a well.
