If you were a young married woman you’d be married 😂😂. I think women feel this exhaustion the other way too, but they have a biological timeframe before they can’t have kids, so there’s more time pressure as opposed to men

Feminism achieved its purpose. Women have equal rights to own property, vote and all the above. But the movement calls itself feminism today is so destructive. We’ve gone way beyond feminism and now it’s becoming antifemininity and misandrist

Basically look at housing costs and price changes relative to wage rises. Real wages have barely risen for a few decades, whereas prices have skyrocketed. By contrast, most content on social media show women not only wanting men who are in the top 5/10% of wealth, but excluding men who aren’t in there. For most men who don’t have advantages, rich family etc or who don’t want to do finance, it’s becoming apparent that the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. A man has to be financially stable in an inc…

It’s a parents job to teach you how to be respectful adult, and specifically I think for men it’s a dads job to teach you how to treat women, and what to accept in terms of women’s treatment of you, and for a girl it’s the moms job. A parent that is teaching their son or daughter how to have sex is probably traumatizing their kid if anything. There are some lessons you have to learn from experience or by being taught lmao

To be fair, I’m not an older dude at all but of the 30/early 40s people I know, the men who have taken care of themselves (and don’t have soul sucking high stress/sedentary jobs) easily look better than the women of the same ages. Not every guy is George clooney, but there’s a remarkable difference post 33 to around 45

The whole gender “war” shite is really infuriating. Social media and street interviews of drunk ass club women “showed” men how hoes are both shallow, promiscuous, and not that intelligent. I’m sure there’s similar stuff out there about dudes who go clubbing for women. There’s a sizeable majority of women and men who are just living their lives, not desperate for attention, not dying to find “the one” at a ridiculously early age, and not setting really any standards or expectations for their par…

As a Christian dude who’s waiting till marriage, why would I impose a standard on my future wife if I didn’t live up to that standard myself? And honestly as a dude if you’re above a 4, past like 20, keeping your virginity is low key a flex cause it shows some kind of discipline

Rizz is just game, and as a non billionare/celebrity you have to run at least some game to get play. Flirting mostly is verbal, but the physical component of it is easily the most important bit

How to end the lonliness epidemic: push back against hookup culture and the focus on sex over human connection. Women gatekeep sex, men gatekeep commitment, so if you as a man pedistalize sex then you are beholden to the gatekeepers (aka women), a recipe for disaster (ie you become a simp or worse). A lot of the damage is done by porn, and the normalisation of hookup culture and the perception of promiscuity as a form of “empowerment”
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/25 08:12 PM

It’s 100% okay cause imma get me a foreign girl cause I can’t stand the American and English accent, and I love foreign food.

Yea the red pill is a highway to dating a single mom or a hoe. No well adjusted adult wants an overgrown teenager, and a lot of red pill people are just that. The red pill teaches one a lot about the world and how to get ahead/succeed, but as with anything, it’s not a universal blueprint, and in dating, a purely red pill mindset is a highway to failure

/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 06:00 AM

Revise your conception of average. An overwhelming amount of well adjusted dudes age 30-50 would not want a girl under the age of 25. Similarly, an average woman even 18-28 is probably not all that. All women are young once, few men are wealthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:58 AM
1

Eh I disagree. I don’t do that whole casual stuff because I don’t like the hookup culture at all. I have been on dates with girls who wanted FWB things and I hadn’t done the necessary work on myself physically or emotionally at that point. Once I objectively glowed up then girls I went on dates with were much more interested in longer term stuff all the sudden
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:54 AM

Nah u have to work ur way up whatever leagues. Like most guys have to date a 4/10 or two before they can really have the confidence or charisma or interpersonal skills to try their hand with a 7/10+
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 05:50 AM

Yes but of those it’s like 20/30% or so who hook up with genuine strangers. Most know to a degree the person they hook up with, and have spent a sort of bare minimum of time with said person

Not really, the kindhearted but not overtly pushover side usually wins over straight up arseholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/25 04:35 AM

Eh the difference at least in semantics is being kind is reactive, being nice is proactive. Being yourself also should overrule being ‘nice’, because one is being an individual and the other is being a pushover

Everyone’s different. For More women (but still only 30/40%) this is true, but there are a sizeable population of women of quality still left. Yeah needy women are never attractive. It’s always the fat chick or the terminallly acne ridden or dumb ting ranting about height or income, rarely a well put together woman.

If someone is a)on Netflix, b) talking about natural selection and c) preaching blackpill adjacent shite I tend to discount their idiocracy out of hand. Dudes who blame women and not themselves are framing their problems wrong, they can be helped, they need to find their purpose/passion/bag. Frankly, until you’ve built a respectable base, forget all the hoes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/25 04:13 AM

Nice guys are mostly dudes who haven’t had experience with women. Quite frankly as someone who started as a nice guy till I was like 17, once you realize a woman is a whole ass person who’s just as bad as you you get over it quickly.

It’s a bit weird at some point. Like I’m not gonna trust you around my girl and I’m probably not going to ask you for relationship advice at all. Those kind of men get run through in similar ways promiscuous women do.

Respectably Im somewhat blessed with some gold looks, and when I was more immature last year, I had far more options. Women in your early 20s, will tend towards being more responsive to a toxic king, because it’s more risqué etc and fewer women are looking for a long term partner in their early 20s. That being said, to be husband material, you need to be way less toxic, and that realization was important for me to develop personally

An open marriage is the most disrespectful thing to you, your partner, the person who officiated your wedding, your family, anyone who attended that wedding, god and your kids. You wasted their time, and you’re not married or in a life partnership, you’re sleeping around like a creep. No self respecting individual should ever consider this, if you want to sleep with someone who isn’t your spouse, then divorce your spouse. Life experiences are from a personal standpoint. They lack nuance, almost always feed into a confirmation bias, and often cause negative emotional habit forming behaviours. Not invalidating your experience, but you can’t see into the minds of women or other men, and there’s a wealth of scientific exploration into what is and is not attractive (color theory for example)

Someone’s yet to hear about inbreeding I see, cause as mental as your hypothetical future is, it is entirely unsustainable because humans won’t be able to maintain population in such a situation due to inbreeding etc. Assuming you’re in any way correct, which is a massive leap, who’s to protect such a polarized and bottom heavy system? As feudalism and the ancien regime fell under the gilliutine would there not be a revolution? (I don’t really want to think what that entails)

Yea as someone who just falls under the average, I have had the exact same experience as ur brother, to the nth degree if anything cause I have a very strong personality. If anything is the problem it’s technology. Tech straight up was not meant to mix with dating, and stuff like social media and dating apps have really hurt women and mens’ esteem respectively

Eh, some women just want another girls man, but as a Christian, I can tell you that whilst women who have had more partners do in fact want a man who has a similar resume, more religious or otherwise withdrawn women look for a man with similar values. That being said, I don’t count too much in the involuntary bit cause I don’t want to date at all right now cause I been a bit toxic in my last relationships.

It’s a massive red flag that most red pill statistics come from dating apps that are like 20% real women to 80% men, psychology studies with no control group or very faulty interpretations of data sets, and drunk hoes on street interviews. I’m sure there’s something similar on women’s side of things as well.

The David goggins method. It has never failed anyone to work extremely hard on themselves. I think people are just too demoralized, jaded or fragile in some capacity these days. Failure is a lesson, and you can only come back better from rock bottom.

Women work on themselves too. If you want some fat whale or a girl riddled with horrible acne or terrible BO then you don’t have to do much (except get a really big paper bag or some viagra 😂😂). But I feel you’re not talking about those women.

Agree. It’s very hard to reach some of the goals you said, but for anyone below the age of 25, most if not all of the relevant goals (social media isn’t really a be all and end all) are achievable given 10 years of dedicated, disciplined work and the right people around you etc There’s a beauty in working incredibly hard on something, especially if it is yourself. Yes and no. Sex isn’t required for emotional development, and there’s whole countries that overwhelmingly practice abstinence before marriages that are decently adjusted, but I agree that basic romance (I.e dating, flirting and actually being with a woman in person for more than 10 minutes) is a crucial part. For me, If I never had my first date when I was 17 (where I almost had a full on panic attack 😂😂), I would be an entirely unrecognizable person to the man I am today.

Your argument hinges on selective thinking and (yes I’m going to say it anyway) silly overgeneralizations. By your logic, I knew two women who believed that killing all men but gay men and men that agreed with them politically would be a good policy. Are women therefore genocidal maniacs, simply because they didn’t call out obvious idiots? You make a point that men are more openly disgusting about women, but having been in female circles due to a theatre background, I can firmly say that yes, it…

I don’t really get ‘giving up’ on dating. Like do you not meet new people, some of whom are of the other gender (we’re talking about straight dudes here) and some of whom you’ll find attractive? Is that classified as ‘actively dating’? Locking yourself away or secluding yourself from wider society and or socialization is not a statement of anything, it is a sign of a deep rooted problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/25 04:45 PM

It’s called cutting weight and being 5’9”. It’s not that lean. I know like 2 6’2” people who are no more than 140
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/25 08:01 AM

I totally agree. For me, my natural weight is like 135, I’ve cut as low as 128 but I normally bulk up to 148 - cause I do boxing and competitive taekwondo. I just think it’s fair to look at someone’s weight, especially if someone is obese, when setting an expectation for a partner. That being said, getting outside and being physically active is by far the more important, and unfortunately there’s a generation of girls with eating disorders.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/25 02:42 AM

Idk feels like ur massively generalizing. I’m “purple” pill (not really pills are stupid) and I have yet to meet someone - man or woman - who defends such things without facing significant backlash, from myself included. There’s also a value in letting idiots reveal themselves, because silencing misguided or malevolent people makes them 10x worse. Fair point about the dudes hating women, but as to the weight thing isn’t that just people wanting a healthy partner (granted 110lbs maximum is a more…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/25 02:20 AM

I agree to a point. There’s basics in social skills, then there’s friendship skills and relationship skills. There’s like a Venn diagram between the two specialized skills, and stuff like attentiveness, code switching and other such stuff would fall at the intersection.

I’m neither East Asian nor do I know a lot about east Asia but that does sound like a more east Asia thing. In the Netherlands or Germany, cheating is not high despite prostitution being legal there, and I think it’s similar in Portugal

Probably but how many men live in those cities/areas and what proportion actually cheat? Not to minimize a whole region, but on a global average most adult non senior men are quite simply too busy, poor and lack the real desire to cheat. Humans and animals are diverged based off thumbs and the practice of monogamy.

It’s not hard to meet people in any environment as long as you speak the language fluently. Quite simply, engaging in a community of whatever you enjoy, you will meet people. Those people will know others, or have relatives etc and so on and so forth. Social skills are a must for the real world, and it’s more normalized to go to work and come home these days, but in truth as an adult, you have to engage in activities or something outside of work, simply to get outside
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 04:08 PM
1

Speak for urself cause neither myself nor 90% of my friends are polygamous in any way. Most people don’t have that kind of time to engage in relationships with multiple people at the same time, and of those who do, a large amount of men would feel guilt lying to or manipulating women like that. It’s cool in theory, in practice it becomes really unhappy and uncomfortable quick
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 04:04 PM
2

Yeah, I think it’s more of a socialization issue. Most men and women are on screens way more, and they haven’t seen as many people period. The idea of what is an average man/woman cannot be formed with any accuracy if one were to watch movies only, for example. As such, the more sociable or socially mature people become, they become far more reasonable and mature in terms of finding a partner.

Dating isn’t that bad outside of the apps. But the apps are built to keep customers, and to have customers buy in to them. The apps also have very few women using them with dating intention because women do not want to meet a stranger over the internet. Simple truth is real dating might be slightly harder for men, because we have to approach and navigate some more boundaries and social queues, but the gap between men and women isn’t so large. Social media and technology destroyed attention spans…

I learned this truth the opposite way than some. As a man, I was ultimately more interesting and higher attractiveness than I had ever thought. When I started to interact with and engage with women in person I realized quickly that I had let my height define my entire self image, and had neglected to see a host of rather attractive features about myself. As such, I believe in this principle but only in terms of real life experience. Online dating is and forever will be (unless women become a who…

Idk whew you traveled, but trust me, you have good things in your life, you have things going for you by virtue of being where you are. If you are truly not appreciated in your hometown etc, there’s a wide world to explore. But putting yourself out there is such a crucial skill, and you never know

And thanks to social media and targeted advertising etc ramping up, it’s become more and more the norm for people to conform. In the 60/80s there were hippies, skinheads, varsity lettermen jocks, steriod jocks, biker dudes, nerds and a bunch else. Since like 2012 or smth, I swear there’s just been swifties and frat bros as the norm.

I know people from both camps, and they usually date 😂😂. I merely contend that there’s slightly more diversity in terms of men’s aspirational conformist standards, but this isn’t a men and women are different thing, it’s a what the media sells us.

I believe there’s a sense of misplaced traditionalism: If a woman wants her husband to make more, she shouldn’t be going on and on about the wage gap (if that exists as is anyways) If a woman wants a masculine man she should aspire to similarly traditional behaviours If she wants a tall man she should be of some significant height herself, And if she wants a man who will be faithful, she needs to be loyal herself IT SHOULD WORK THE SAME FOR DUDES TOO

Lets fing go! 90% of red pill dudes I know (especially when I was full red pill) were so insular and only wanted to cold approach. If you have at least decent looks (which is attainable for literally anyone) you can get by, but the work needs to be done on the personality and social skills

100%. Im shocked it’s actually considered a blue pill thing to only ask out or date people you know at least a little bit about. Life isn’t a nightclub.

I mean not to be critical but cynicism and pessimism never got anything done. If you made friends before you most definitely can and will make more. I can never fw Jiu jitsu cause it all looks suspicious. That’s why Illia’s on his way

Then join an mma gym, boxing gym, local hockey team, or whatever or go to a class on smth, or fraternize with your coworkers if you’ve got a job or a classmate if ur in school. Sounds like a friend issue not a woman issue. Friends grow on trees bro, you can make them by accident. Just join in in stuff you genuinely enjoy and you’ll find good folk. Literally any hobby can make you friends. Who’s ur favorite ufc fighter?

Wtf did I just read bro. Go outside, talk to people, and keep a diary or smth please

TAX PODCAST EQUIPMENT PLEASE. If you don’t display interest, then no one will stick around. Simple as. Yeah men should have the initiative, but if you input absolutely nothing, then a self respecting man will leave. Your preference is respectable, but I don’t see choosing signals as ‘emotional labour’, after all isn’t it a labour of (idealistically) love?

Amen. No script will work for you all the time, part of charisma and comedy 101 is that you can be situational and creative

They wouldn’t do that if they were actually happy. Happy people tend to want to uplift others. Stay positive

Not to demean myself but I’m slightly below average height and it’s worked for me like 80% of the time and that’s lowballing it. If you’re not coming off as too thirsty or just wanting to smash then you’ll usually find the vast majority of women are surprisingly willing to give you the time of day so to speak
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/25 04:51 PM

Depends on the situation. I don’t fw cold approaches but I usually will slip smth involving spending any time together in the conversation if relevant, if it isn’t relevant to the conversation then I’ll take initiative and ask for her number. But usually I make a first move following some level of conversation. Or do you mean like physical first move?

It is a critical failure that there’s very few people meeting through ‘mutual friends’, that’s how things were before social media made young men and women more awkward and shy that a mfer. Women and men aren’t friends nearly as much anymore, and a substantial minority of men don’t have the social skills needed to perform a normal first move.

Game is heavily underrated. With the right amount of investment in appearance - ie not being a fatass or but ugly - game can get you incredibly far. Sadly, game is a dying art thanks to idiot ‘pickup artists’ who generate artificial social skills rather than genuine ones for their viewers and technology.

Yeah I mean it’s just being busy, involving oneself in more stuff and minimizing idle time. Modern tech and such has made it a very difficult skill to master and I most definitely would consider myself still learning.

Yeah, I only ever met one truly bitter (about women that is) man, have met my share of dickheads though, so is contend the awful point. Women tend to be externally nicer but I’m sure it’s the same as it is with men.

I think it’s way out of whack thanks to social media, the hub and the like. That being said in my personal experience it’s definitely seeming like it’s self correcting a bit.

You need to have a presence. There’s a physical limit to get “your foot in the door” per se, but a genuinely charismatic, interesting and/or funny person will exhibit control over a conversation, and people will want to hear what you have to say. If you make a person laugh, their brain releases hormones/chemicals that relax and endear them to you. As a shorter dude, albeit athletic and decently handsome, I have had success with women by genuine accident, off conversational skills. Setting is als…

I believe a problem in this is technology, not the advice. People are lazier (myself included) more socially awkward and less willing to take social risks all because of technology and social media in some forms. It isn’t a man or woman thing, it’s a human thing. The best advice is this: work on yourself to the point you feel self confidence, decenter technology from your life and especially your love life, and push yourself in social settings (start small build up). Behind a physical appearance…

Type of behavior an insurance company would never put up with. The guy was clever to have footage, it probably saved him some insurance issues and definitely covered his ass from a potential civil lawsuit. But I am confident the extremely lonely guys would put up with so much worse, as is the case with some women.

Men who feel the need to identify or say they’re happy being single - are not, they are projecting. Thats a rule that I have yet to know of a real exemption to. Idk if people are really bothered by men who are actually happily single. In real life those men tend to get more attention because they are less likely to come off as trying to get something from a woman.

The good traits of femininity/masculinity are be awesome, but I think the game is avoiding the particularly unfavorable aspects of non-femininity/non-masculinity. To put it simply, what i (and most men) don’t want is a boorish, rude, aggressive, arrogant or unkempt woman. And I’m sure most women don’t want some excessively dolled up, meek, wimpy, timid, fragile, frail and insecure boy.

Eh I don’t really see the point cause monk mode will only erode your social skills, social skills you need to talk to women and especially to relate to younger women (I assume the preferred grouping)

I was 19/20 and so yeah I kinda did have to dramatize it to make it seem like a tangible commitment 😂. And full honesty I did date at the tail end of that year anyways. I think the decentering men/women are perfect examples of what you mean, and you’re right to distinguish fake “monk modes” because those mfers pissed me off then and now. That being said, I doubt I would never actually go into ‘monk mode’ again because the whole things a bit silly

I think any legitimate grief as long as it’s not performative. I would never judge someone for crying for a relative that they were close to, a friend they were close to, a pet, some national tragedy and other relevant things, and I would very quickly despise someone who judged me for legitimate grief. That being said your point and question 100% stands.

I was monk mode for about a year and trust me it’s not that deep, I just had a strenuous academic schedule and was training for special forces. I can only speak for myself, but monk mode is supposed to be temporary, and it shouldn’t really be related to women, unless you’re working on yourself

I’m fairly fatphobic but I wouldn’t say fats are “bad people,” but otherwise you’re on the money. Being a good person can open doors, but you need to have some personality or otherwise to actually place your foot in the doors (dating or otherwise) as a man or woman. No one likes mr constantly nice but bland dude or girl in the same way no one likes eating straight rice without salt/soy sauce or anything flavourful.

100%, the only one I’d say is unattractive across the board is (non grief) tantrum crying, ts is just childish and unattractive man or woman.

You’re taking very modern historians interpretations and accepting them as complete fact. The Henry VIII court was famous for the kings debauchery. That’s like saying because Catherine the great was promiscuous so was Joan of arc, it doesn’t work like that. Also 99% of Europeans until about the mid to late 1800s were probably virgins until marriage because people got married insanely early, died before they hit 50, and were some variation of peasant. You cannot apply the absolute upper echelons …

All women have genitalia. There’s a good example of an all women, any character judgement or literally anything beyond absolute fact will without question have its exceptions. You can make generalizations but that’s the limit of any AWALT statements, and most of the time, men’s generalizations about women are inaccurate
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/25 06:06 PM

You mischaracterize exactly what girl talks are cause women have 0 unanimity in agreeing what is or is not attractive, as do men. But I think women and men have seen behind closed doors into what women really want more (I.e. personality/financial stability/confidence) than the superficial shit and then there’s the men who might lack the height or facial features etc who see a very selective narrative that a minority of women actually fully subscribe to. All in all, social media and the internet …

This is an overreaction. While you might be right in 30ish years, we still hold onto a bit of normalcy right now. OF creators are most definitely shamed that’s for certain.
