The she boons torture this poor kid on a daily basis.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/07/18 04:48 AM

Being a minority white kid in a ghetto ass black high school should be considered torture. It's next to impossible to learn anything you are exposed to violent buffoonery on a daily basis.

There's a huge cost associated with training them if 1/5 men fail out while 9/10 women fail out it ends up costing 5 times more to train each qualified woman.

I had an ex-girlfriend that was like this. Cute Jamaican chick that thought anyone that didn't give her whatever it was she wanted was a racist.

Your understanding of the first amendment is flawed. The government (which the university is a part of) can not regulate speech. This is settled law.
/r/PussyPassDenied21/01/18 03:29 AM
1

You originally asked for a source regarding free speech on college campuses and were provided with links to court cases. You then posted something, which is at best is tangentially related to the subject. On top of that you keep editing your posts and deleting your original claims after you're proven wrong.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/01/18 12:14 AM

It won't be long until people are protesting and making claims that the first amendment is racist.

You've edited and changed your original comment up the thread. Yes there are limits to free speech. Nobody has made the claim that there are not. You're being down voted for posting irrelevant nonsense.

In every case the courts come to the determination that public universities can't regulate free speech. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/FSupp/774/1163/1425792/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corry_v._Stanford_University

Now you're just posting the same irrelevant nonsense over and over again.

A schools code of conduct doesn't supersede the constitution. This is settled law. If a student of a public university wanted to stand in the center of a public area on campus and yell nigger that would also be protected speech. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/FSupp/774/1163/1425792/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corry_v._Stanford_University

She wasn't in class and it wasn't directed an a specific individual. This is settled law. You don't have to like it but that's reality. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/FSupp/774/1163/1425792/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corry_v._Stanford_University

The sorority is a private organization and they're free to boot her from it. The school on the other hand is a public government run institution and can not curtail free speech. This is settled law. You may not like it but it's the reality of the situation. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/FSupp/774/1163/1425792/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corry_v._Stanford_University

If the guidelines aren't legal then they're not enforceable. The government isn't allowed to punish people over speech, even if it's speech that you don't like.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 10:25 PM

Some people don't seem to understand that the government isn't allowed to regulate speech, even if it's speech that they don't like.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 10:17 PM

If they actually did kick her out I doubt that there would even be a lawsuit. The Universities lawyers would want to settle it as quickly and cheaply as possible.

The constitution. Your edit has do to with the definition of obscenity (pornography). There is no law in the USA regarding anything known as hate speech. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_speech_in_the_United_States

ya, not so much.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 09:53 PM

The word literally is just a spelling variation on the Latin word for black man. The Latin spelling being "niger". Black people in the USA have been taught to take extreme offense at everything including being called black. Which is funny considering as a group black Americans are likely the most fortunate people of African descent on the planet. They should be thanking god that their ancestors were enslaved and brought to America as opposed to remaining slaves in Africa or sold into the Arab sl…

Primary schools or private schools not public universities.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 07:50 PM

Go ahead and say whatever you wanted to say. There are no "Hate speech" laws in the USA and if there were they they would be overturned as unconstitutional. There isn't even a legal definition of what "Hate speech" is.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 07:49 PM

If the repercussions are being enforced by the government then it's likely a violation of the law.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 07:40 PM

It does mean that there can't be consequences from the government. Which the school is part of.

"Hate speech" doesn't exist in the USA.

The first amendment protects people from facing reproductions from the government based on the content of their speech. This isn't a private school, it's public and part of the government.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/01/18 04:31 PM

The schools conduct policies don't supersede the constitution.

I get why her private sorority kicked her out but I don't really understand how a public university can legally expel someone for using offensive speech. Even stupid racist speech is protected by the first amendment.

There used to be a gay bar near where I lived that removed the door from the woman's restroom to discourage them from drinking there.

You can be indicted for any crime with fairly little evidence and if you've got a shitty attorney there's a fairly good chance you'll be convicted. You're guessing at what he intended to do and a decent lawyer will be able to instill doubt in the jury.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/09/17 06:20 AM

There isn't any evidence of either one.

Their skin color in incidental to their behavior or are you arguing that they don't know any better than to piss and shit in parks and not to rape because of their skin color?
/r/PussyPassDenied12/09/17 04:11 AM

There's actually no evidence of intention. If it was premeditated why did he hit his breaks and what caused him to change him mind after impacting the car in front of him? If his intention was to kill he could have continued to ram his card into the crowd.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/09/17 02:41 AM
2

It's going to be hard to prove it was intentional. The fact that he hit the breaks prior to impacting the car in front of him and that his airbag didn't deploy support the argument that he's just a scared idiot.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/09/17 02:25 AM

If someone is going to make a pro slavery argument I'm going to mock them.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/09/17 01:45 AM
11

My comment regarding "if we can't own slaves, who's going to pick the cotton?" was in response to someone who insisted that we need a class of illegal immigrants to work for less than minimum wage in order to keep the the cost of produce low. Which is basically the same argument in favor of slavery. And I wasn't defending the driver in Charlottesville. I said if he has a decent lawyer he's likely going to be acquitted since he was attacked before the incident and his car was being hit by protest…

Someone has to pay the taxes to support the "refugees" .

January. My wife is from Europe and her aunt and cousin live in near Porlezza Which is near the Swiss border and along one of the the routes the "refugees" take but pretty much every city in Italy is overrun with Africans selling shitty fake purses, stealing and begging on the street.

Every train station in every major city from the north to the south of the country as well as every areas surrounding every major and minor tourist attraction. The parks in the south of the country are more densely overrun than in the north but with few exceptions every public green space has become a open pit sewer.
