Women don't realise that their preference for career over their own family only profits male CEO and male CEO's family. Majority of business owners are men and in future male owners will increase further because of less marriage rates and men prioritise calculated risk over security. While women prioritise security over risk which prevents them to take such business decisions that may or may not succeeed.

Last year they hired too many women to increase diversity. Now it's backfiring. Women are not interested in things, they are interested in people which introduces too much socialization, politics and discussions at workplace. That's what you get for choosing diversity over merit. Women love to involve in activism.

They are agreeing to an opinion, not a fact. If they agree false accusations are 8%, the why conviction rate is not 92%?

Mykayla Skinner Kayla Dicello Kara Eaker Emma Malabuyo Leanne Wong She could have just renounced her position before the event to any of these women but instead she wasted their hard work too. These girls' life is gymnastics and they work insane hours to achieve what they have, and to have it taken away must be devastating. But no media is taking about that.
/r/MensRights29/07/21 07:35 AM

That only harms women if they continue to believe that quitting is a sign of a champion. There's a reason why men are taught leadership qualities because society has always wanted strong men. Women in media are teaching women the opposite.

How's all this support your point that false accusations are 2-8%m
/r/MensRights28/07/21 08:12 PM
1

Your point was 100% conviction rate and false cases can go together. How ks is that possible mathematically? My point is one false accusations and lack of evidence cases have to go zero to achieve 100% conviction.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 06:38 PM
1

lack of evidence and false cases do not automatically mean an acquittal. It does. The accused is acquitted in lack of evidence or if the accusation is proven to be false. Conviction rate is calculated by number of convictions divide by total number of prosecuted cases multiply by 100. It cannot be 100% until number kf conviction os equal to number of prosecutions.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 06:33 PM
1

You cannot have a 100% conviction rate annually. Prosecuted cases also have lack of evidence and false cases for which there won't be any conviction.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 06:27 PM
1

100% conviction rate cannot be for one case. It is a collective count of how many prosecuted cases were convicted annually.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 04:51 PM
1

Exactly. They don't mathematically fit with the figures. That means they are made up.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 04:42 PM
1

Exactly. Then how do you know false accusations are 2-8%? You have no idea of rest of the figures because it's impossible to know in he said she said and yet everybody is sure about false accusations figure.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 04:36 PM
1

Never reported to the police Reported but no suspect identified. Suspect identified but no enough evidience to proceed to trial , as determined by the prosecutuer Trial but not enough evidence for a conviction as determined by the jury/judge. How do you know how many from these 4 are true?
/r/MensRights28/07/21 04:29 PM
1

Conviction rate only counts proven accusation. That means non convicted cases have both true and false. If 8% are false, 2% is the conviction rate then what 90% are? This is why figure of conviction rate matters. So in Canada, 42% is the conviction rate, 2-8% are false as you say then what 50% are? About 0.7 percent of rapes and attempted rapes end with a felony conviction for the perpetrator Why?
/r/MensRights28/07/21 03:59 PM
1

That means figure of false accusations is not 2-8%. Conviction rate is less than 2% because most of them are he said she said.
/r/MensRights28/07/21 03:07 PM
1

So if all 3 are matched then they are false. What about he said she said situations? How many of them are false?
/r/MensRights28/07/21 02:49 PM

1) So a legit accuser who retract her complain because of fear and trauma is a false accusation? You are a horrible person if you believe that. 2) Victims can have impaired memory of the incident. No police department labels the accusation as false just because 1st & 2nd condition are satisfied. They can be true accusations while also satisfying these 2 conditions. 3) What about the cases in which there's no witness i.e. he said she said situations which is again back to the same lack of evidenc…
/r/MensRights28/07/21 02:14 PM

There is usually little to no evidence a crime actually took place, he becomes a HE said / She said. Then how do you know how much percent is false when there's no evidence of how much is true? That's my follow up question they never answer.

millions more men would be arrested each year. They are and released after 2-4 days or if a lawyer is involved or on bail. But this is not a thing you can find statistics on. If they don't arrest the accused, believe all women activists say on social media how law enforcement lets rapist walk free. They spread the indentity and picture of the accused in news and social media.

In third world countries, men are still opting both risky and risk-free jobs and more men are opting risky jobs because of money. Nothing changes for men regardless of the environment. To run the country, risky jobs are necessary. Women in third world countries marry early and opt out of career to raise kids which again reinforces patriarchal society. The closer you put men and women to survival situations, the sooner they go back to their gender roles. Why women's choices change with the change…

/r/MensRights27/07/21 01:03 PM

As to your question on what to replace a patriarchal society, well that's equality of course! No matriarchy or patriarchy! That's unachievable. If you are giving free choice to men and women, women will choose risk free jobs and men will choose both risky and risk free jobs. Risky jobs incentivise risk with high salary so there will always be men who are going to take it.

What can we have in place of patriarchy? Patriarchal society forms naturally. The jobs that run the world require manpower so men naturally dominate in those jobs and the longer they remain in those jobs, the more likely they will get managerial positions. This is why "no women will work today or go outside" protests hardly impacts the stability of the country. Matriarchal society were never succesful and those which existed died out quickly. High Court's Justice Jillian Mallon granted them a discharge without conviction because she considered the District Court had assessed the gravity of the offending as too high. A feminist judge. What could go wrong. She ofcourse won't support a male victim. The police was also reluctant to do it because his case could hurt beautiful statistics of rape victims in which all victims are women and all perpetrators are men. They get government funding based on severity of these statistics.

Definition of rape is gendered in Denmark. So a man cannot accuse a woman for rape. He can accuse her for sexual assault for which "all sex is rape" doesn't apply and he has to show evidence that the assault really happened.

History sucked for low society men and women. Noone here denies that. Why do you assume male disposability and female foeticide are mutually exclusive? Both are raised by different issues. Female foeticide is banned and illegal, male disposability is still there as it is.

Men don't bottle up their emotions. They express it in different way than women do. Women see men from the lens of women so they recommend men to express their vulnerabilities, cry and go to therapist which most women do. Men deal with emotions by going to gym, play sports, videos games, watch sports. Men do share their feelings with their closest male friend because men see men from the lens of men. It is that most men aren't comfortable with sharing that with most women because then feminist g…

But for men, things like “boys don’t cry,” or ideas about masculinity that include “being tough.” This in particular has been demonstrated to be damaging for men. What proof do you have that women are not being paid the same? If companies can getaway with paying women less, they would hire only women to save cost. Many women blindly believe media propaganda without verifying the math.

Some organisations have started to pay women more than men so women don't accuse them of wage gap. Edit: My claim is based on 2 posts that were posted a while ago. One post was about Mercedes-Benz comment in instagram post where they were replying to the wage gap comment against them that they are paying women more. Another was a company which admitted that they are paying a woman lawyer $54,000 more than their male lawyers annually to protect themselves against wage gap accusations.

Women do care about this before choosing a partner. Men are expected to be a breadwinner for the family. Breadwinners are expected to be future safe. Men who repeat "men don't cry" are coming from the experiences of getting rejected because they dared to express vulnerabilities. Society's expectations haven't changed for men. This "men don't cry" rule is definitely not enforced by men. It's a dating standard.

That's death for the Australian men. They cannot prove shit if the accuser is lying. There can't be proof of giving consent. Even if there's one proof, the accuser can always lie she withdrew th consent after the time when proof was taken. Now watch how conviction rate goes to 100%. This law also gives immunity to female perpetrator as only male accused is required to show proof of consent.

It's estimated only 3 per cent of sexual assault complaints end in conviction Yeah because not all of them are true. There's no way accused can prove consent if the accuser is lying. They are also demanding that only men have to ask for consent. At this point, there's no way accused can win and conviction rate will become 100% which I'm sure it will be seen as victory. Parents do need to educate their sons about these laws that can destroy them with words alone.

No. What we say is you cannot say false accusations are rare when you only have one figure about what percent of men are being convicted. E.g. In UK, 98% of prosecuted cases are freed because of lack of evidence. Yet everyone somehow still knows false accusations are rare. That doesn't make sense when 98% were not proven to be either guilty or innocent.

It’s just what the statistics say, maybe it gets dropped / victim doesn’t want to pursue it any further Says in the article, they’re ‘allowed to go free’, a small number of sexually changed crimes ever actually lead to justice be it from ignorance, people not pursuing it, failings of the justice system, lack of evidence or a mix of them all So 50% of cases are not prosecuted and 98% prosecutions don't reach convictions because of lack of evidence. Women don't take criticism positively and they hate losing an argument. Censorship is the best winning move women would choose without realising that they are giving power to censoring authority to rule their minds. A group with herd mentality doesn't need free speech anyway. It's mostly men who are individualistic and think out of the box.

45-50% odd of people who are accused at all never make it to court. Why? albeit a lack of conclusive evidence may fit this description of a false accusation The conviction rate of guilty is said to be 2% of prosecuted cases in UK. What are rest 98% of prosecuted cases are then? they’re still even less likely to actually be prosecuted and go to prison That's not the goal of false accusation anyway. Your assumption is that all men choose the most brutal way of dying which results in higher suicide rate while the reality is there aren't enough methods to die that can separate how women choose to die and how men choose to. Also, it’s not like that girl wouldn’t know who was accusing her. That's the point of Biden's Title IX rules. No due process means, accused is not allowed to defend themselves, accused cannot know who is the accuser and the accused cannot ask questions. The ruling is decided by Title IX coordinator based on the story of accuser. Also, if you make a claim that’s found to be false and malicious, you get expelled not the dude. A police report is generally considered to be much more threatening or scary to someone. If you report to the police, you can also get sued by your rapist. If you go to court, you have to pay for a lawyer. Then the only way is convict the accused based on accusation which is what Biden is introducing again in Title IX. That means if a woman is accused of sexual assault in Title IX, she will be expelled on an anonymous accusation.

As soon as I heard this, I knew she wasn't qualified for the job. After Florida bridge collapsed, all traces of their interviews wer…

Women aren't good at STEM. They are forced to opt STEM regardless of their non-interest to satisfy the statistics and outperform men which they can't because women in STEM only have potential to be a follower, not a creator. Despite being 60% of the graduates, they still not innovate things.
