As someone who has had many revelations about Quadrant 2 activities and ideas recently and feels overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done to accomplish them, this has helped me gain a lot of insight. I used to label everything as quadrant 1 with these revelations and it's what caused the overwhelmed state that I had. Elasthane definitely helps from what I've heard. I've used banana republic jeans which are really good quality and fit decently, but a bit too tight for my taste, (may also be sizes I've bought). I'll take a look at more clothes with elasthane, thanks for the heads up.

Custom clothing is what I was thinking when I hit my ideal body in 5 or so years.
